Tks Trimm, no hon I'm aware of up to that date, Im curious how many came in thereafter.   Blink's fab article addresses up to Feb's and we're now in April so I want us to find out how many & when were filed thereafter.

Thats what I want to find out.   Much of the ones mentioned previously had to do with his profitting from the case and his association with Todd Black.    These reported complaints are being lodged upon discovery that he may have told Dominic Casey to hold off telling LE if they found Caylee's remains.   If Im not mistaken Hoover or Dominic Casey mentioned what Baez reportedly said in one of their statements...maybe the ones to LE - Ill have to look but its not the first time recalling hearing this allegation.

Thank you for your e-mail.  We are very concerned when we get responses like these because of course we do not want to lose you as a viewer.

I know this case has stirred something in the hearts of our viewers that is deeply emotional and understandable.  This little girl should still be alive and it is disturbing to think that anyone could hurt a precious child.

I can assure you that I am in no way swayed by any side in this case.  I am just here to tell you what I know, not to judge.

Why do the ANTS speak to the media ? Why does the media want interviews with the ANTS. I for one have almost lost interest. 
We know what happened, who did it and who's going to be on trial.

Hi KatGram, I am behind, but I think the speak to the media because they have no one else to talk to. Cindy, Lee, George and KC can't keep their yaps shut. I'm sure they talk to themselves if no one else is in the room.

KC probably has a favourite brick on the wall in her cell she yaps to. Like a new best friend. What you wanna bet she even drew some eyes, a nose and a mouth on her "new best friend" with the crayons she purchased from the commisary.

Im glad to see others writing Local6 about Jessica D'onofrio's obvious bias for Baez & the Anthonys.  When Baez himself referred to her by name specifically in open court during a motion hearing as being his source of discovery, I knew my suspicions were dead on.  Her interview with Cindy in Caylee's room discussing Casey's innocence was revolting.   Yesterday when she used NG as a platform to announce the reported foopah in releasing corrections officers interviews with a chesire cat look on her face regarding Casey's reactions, Jessica made her position known to the world.     Now, granted everyone is entitled to their opinions BUT my issue is that her assignment in this case is not to write an "op ed" (opinion article) so she is using her assignment as a pool reporter to aid a side in a murder one case, that is not acceptable.

As far as the issue of the correction officers interviews being released, technically it is not Casey's direct reactions or any audio/visual of those direct reactions, nor surveillance of his visit with Casey.   They are jail employees impressions of what they witnessed.   Bozo wanted the surveillance tapes sealed from being released to the public, they were not released.   I'll have to look again at his motion but did he include interviews by jail employees be sealed as well, it escapes me at the moment.   I'm sure Bozo will make a huge stink about it but honestly it doesnt take away from the case or the evidence & it certainly isnt a grave error made by the prosecution, at best a slight admonishment could be given.

Hi Capp - hope you are feeling better today.  I read Byea$$'s motion and if I am reading it correctly it does not state anything about audio recordings - it is strictly talking about video of the Slore's reaction so I am thinking there may be a big to do about nothing for Byea$$.  I read the motion here if you want to have it handy.

I cannot believe that my DH can listen to this stuff. George and Cindy are just so out of touch with reality. It sucks that their reality was Casey. Some part of me does think that they loved Caylee.....how can they be like they are? I would claw out my own eyeballs if I had to listen to Casey and George and Cindy ever again.

Your husband sounds like a cool dude. I can't even listen to them any more.  I think they "loved" Caylee in their own sordid way. I think George loved Caylee more than any of the rest of them. I want to claw my eyeballs out everytime I see one of them scratching at their flea bites.  JMO JSM

Good Morning, that JC Penney receipt that we all wanted to know was on it, turns out to be clothes, that was a disappointment, unless there is another receipt that hasn't been released yet.  I'm trying to figure what is going to happen so George and Cindy will not be able to do the depositiion on Thur, I just feel they will pull something 

No Rose Colored Glasses - not necessarily.  From yesterdays doc's the chart shows:
6/27      $84.00  casey used cindy cc for clothes.  Tony with her.
6/30      $73.40  casey used cindy cc was alone on tape.  No note of
             what was bought.
7/1        $ 31.93 casey used cindy cc - Amy in video with her.  No note 
             of what she bought.

So, my guess is we still don't know what cindy was afraid of LE finding out or those clothes matched what cindy washed and casey tripped up!

"Casey told detectives in that interview that someone asked him to keep quiet if he found the body. Parts of that interview were determined by a judge to be confidential and were not released to the public."
Whoever filed the recent complaints signed a sworn affidavit that they believed an ethics violation may have occurred.

  What can I say 3 babies, that is awesome. And good for all monkeys to send emails. I can't threaten channel 6 with not watching their channel. I don't think an email from Texas would get a second look. Any thoughts on this monkeys?

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Lawyers representing Zenaida Gonzalez are going after the Anthony family's private investigator for missing his deposition. Dominic Casey asked a judge to delay the deposition so he could hire a new attorney. However, he never showed.

Zenaida's lawyers want a judge to find him in contempt and sanction him for their expenses.

Dominic Casey's private eye license could also be in jeopardy after a judge found that he divulged defense secrets to detectives investigating the Caylee Anthony murder.

Maybe that is why Cindy kicked DC to the curb? She went from one jobless loser to one that may lose his job?
