awes Lola Nope you perfectly coherent that is what he said in his deposition for the civil case.  I'm not sure if he meant "his job" whether paid or not OR this is indeed a contradiction of the terms of his association, if you will, to the Anthony's.

I think what Baez is looking for is that form, it seems he's very worried about something Casey said that was not meant to be overheard.   He also may be looking for the person who said her car was on Suburban in June - that person who reported witnessed her car there has not been named that I can recall, anyone else?

I remember a tabloid talking about a 15 year old that saw Kc's car parked at the site in June - but I don't remember LP ever stating this on NG.   The name of the young witness who saw the car at the lot was not disclosed yet - probably due to her/his age?   Maybe we will learn more this week!

LP did mention her car at the hotel parking lot June 15/16, though.

I hope Judge Strickland jumps over the bench and gives Byass a pouncing when he gets this motion for Equusearch records!!!   Poor Tim did everything he could only to be blocked by these sick people.  Slore destroys anyone and everything around her.  Because of her a life is gone and several lives have been shattered.  It's an injustice
to see how Byass is randomly going after individuals hoping something sticks.  I swear that man has made a deal with the devil!

The lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez are asking a judge to force a private investigator who failed to show up for a deposition to answer questions under oath in the Casey Anthony defamation case.

Dominic Casey -- who worked for Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, and the Anthony family -- was supposed to be interviewed by lawyers from the Morgan & Morgan law firm on March 25.

But Dominic Casey did not show. He informed Morgan & Morgan that his attorney was not available at that time, according to the court document.

The deposition was not rescheduled.

My Dad has been treated for prostate cancer this year,and has other health issues.It's just taking a toll on him.Some days it's just hard to handle.

Dolce... Is she going to charge a $20 charge to place a teddy bear at the memorial?  Or is she going to go crazy and burn it?  Seriously why would she want this trophy piece of land where her pathetic excuse for a daught killed her innocent baby?  THAT IS SICK!  I for the life of me have been trying to figure this out, it is like a trophy piece of land, I can't believe I'm saying this, but they are way sicker than I even thought they were 

I think they should charge $50 bucks for Lee to try and tear up a sign. I am behind No Rose, so I haven't gotten to whomever bought it if we even know. I just thought it was cute you thing she would charge $20 to place a teddy on the land.

JSM, Dolce wrote that part, and I was trying to snip and put my comment, but I don't know how  We don't know who bought the land but it was someone who is sympathetic to the Anthonys  We are figuring Brad Conway or Dennis Milstead or that rich man who put up money in the beginning for a reward, can't think of his name.

Better believe that they are trying to disguise the purchaser from all of us, although conman Conway didn't say the deal has been finalized, perhaps there may be someone out there pi$$ed off enough with the whole Anthony family to make a better offer.....I really hope there is.

If I had the money I would buy it at top dollar. I don't, I am a poor monkey. I hope someone puts a counter offer on the property.

Let's all pray that whatever out of spite use they have for the land will be turned down by the city and county.  They would have to go thru zoning for whatever they decide to use the land for.

I hope the zoning won't go through and all they can put there is nothing. It is in a flood plane isn't it? JMO JSM

Almost all of Florida is a flood plane   Orlando was once all swamp before it was developed.  When developers develop land, a certain amount must be preserved with natural vegetation.   I am wondering how much of this land must be left as preserve.  If Skankella was using this as a pet cemetary years ago, I question why it was never developed.  It seems odd that it never was, especially with all the building that has happened in Orlando.

I thought it was strange just this piece of woods in a neighborhood. Although we have things like that here, but the woods get torn down to build more buildings. I was just wondering if there was some reason it was never developed maybe because of a drainage problem, etc. Thanks for answering me 3babies.

It is very frustrating.    I think it is all an act on Bozo's part.   He knows he isn't going to get those records - but he has to build a case on what the defense "tried" to do for KC, that the state wouldn't allow - and therefore, KC couldn't get a fair trial.   It won't work.   The defense has gotten waaaayyyy more than I thought they would.   Strickland has been very fair.   Bozo has nothing else to stand on.   But it won't work.   Just like going after innocent people won't work.   JMO.

Night Monkeys, I have had two beers and a pain pill. My knee looks like a canteloupe right now. I have it wrapped, but it is killing me. Going for one more beer but will probably just prop it up and go to bed.

I knew I shouldn't have had my injection yesterday and try and skate 4 1/2 hours when it was already swollen. I guess I will try and ice it down too. Josef isn't home so I won't have to walk four flights of stairs to take him out.

Baez expects to take more depositions in two weeks, and the defense wants to subpoena records from Texas EquaSearch, Longo reported.

I think this may have something to do with his insistence on this issue (doesnt mean he'll get it a second time around).

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) — A new tip has surfaced in the Caylee Anthony case.

According to Tim Miller president of Texas base Equusearch the group that searched for the remains of the missing toddler, a tip was reported to a volunteer searcher by private investigator Jim Hoover on November 8th and involved a wooded area near the Anthony home, the same woods where the remains of the toddler were found in December by a utility worker.

According to Miller Hoover approached a volunteer searcher on November 8th.

“He actually told (searcher) Bill Todd that nobody could know he was out there,” Miller said. “And it had to be kept a big secret that he is working as security for the Anthony’s and if the Anthony’s ever found out he was out there his job would be in jeopardy.”

Hoover has been under media scrutiny since he and Dominic Casey, another of the Anthony’s private investigator said they went out to the same area on November 15th and taped it. That was a week after Miller said Hoover came to them.

Miller said Hoover filled out one of Equusearch’s forms. Miller wouldn’t say what Hoover told them.

“Everybody knows about that tip,” Miller said. “And who needs to know about that tip does know about that tip. Things were followed up on that tip.”

Miller wouldn’t say what Hoover said, but Bill Todd’s wife said Hoover’s tip didn’t directly point them to the location where Caylee was found on December 11th, but instead said someone saw Casey’s car parked near that patch of woods back in June.

Ok someone help me out here - Capp - anyone.  But November 8th Hoover approaches a searcher with a tip??????  So this means that Hoover new something before November 15th, the day DC calls him and tells him he knows where Caylee is and they are going to go get her.  If I am not reading this correctly set me straight - I haven't had enough coffee yet this morning.
