The true story now is:

2 kayaks plus those rowing them were found alive..
So someone saw a kayak and thought it was a body...

I think some people were attempting to contact the local authorities and school officials in his town to make them aware of the Gottenbos involvement in this case.  I wonder if any of that was successful, if there has ben any response from those authorities/officials?  Have we ben keping an eye on their local paper/news stations?  Do we know if the local news stations for that area have websites?  Possibly websites with message boards would be nice?


I've been wondering myself if there really were some who actually tried to contact any Georgian locals, and if so, I would loved to have been a fly on the wall...LOL!  Georgians are not easily hoodwinked and have very high standards.  What a contrast, eh?

I don't keep up with any radio/news in Georgia...only read the Savannah News, AJC, and sometimes the Augusta Chronicle online. If the Gottenbos really are in Georgia, they're gonna have to shape up and behave themselves. Wink
