I don't think David Kock can answer questions about the case specifically since it is supposedly on going despite no signs of this at all.  Guess he can explain the finer points (hahahaha!) of Aruban law to us and how it can be one thing one day and another the next.

The reason why we have people with either an opposing view point, or one that represents the other side ... is you never know what they might say. It ia always important to hear what the other side says. That does not mean we have to believe it.

"Keep your friends close and your enemies closer".

There is always a way of getting questions answered. Of course he is not going to answer the direct questions that would mess up his clients case.

I bet there will be ones that can be answered though.

This Kock interview is a good opportunity for Dana to get some answers to some obvious and important questions that no one on the cable shows has ever asked.  

For example, I e-mailed Dana with this question for Kock, which he said he will try to ask:

Joran's lawyer Joe Tacopina has claimed in several TV interviews that after Deepak was released from prison, he sent a friend a message in which he admitted that Satish picked up Joran from the beach.  Is this true?  

Another question for Kock that someone might want to e-mail Dana:

Is there any statement by Joran to polis in which he admits having walked home that night?  And if so did he make that statement before or after he claimed that Deepak or Satish picked him up?

Someone asked earlier about the Lions Den and where that came from.  Of course, the answer was Shango.  So I was going through the Shango posts looking for Lions Den references when that just jumped out at me!  I thought, wow..never even noticed that before!  Very wierd.

Just returning from 2 weeks of my daughter and grandson visiting from NY.  It's impossible to get on a computer with a 3 yr old around!  So trying to catch up, but see I haven't missed much on the case     Hoping something positive had turned up.   Anything new at all??? that I may have missed?

There is talk that the Dutch team has gone back to the Netherlands with tons of documentation on the case and are deciding what to do.

Beth will be on another Dutch program I think later in November.

Dana will be interviewing David Koch, K2 attorney, tomorrow night.  There is a Greta special on at 4 tomorrow afternoon but it may be a repeat.

Deepak initially parked in the taxi queue.
Nat was 1st culled from the MBs by Joran.
Nat got away from them and returned to CnCs, looking for her friends (drugged and very confused).
Deepak circled the block, looking for her, parked in the rear of the bar, and went in to retrieve Natalee.

Thanks for the update Klaas.   The last I knew, was about the Dutch team going back to Netherlands with some documentation, but was hoping they would have something by now...   Talk about testing  your patience!
