I'm not sure if Ron was trying to be a bada** with Gravedigger on his truck. It's the name of a monster truck I think it's more juvenile than bada**.

Thanks for the link Sieko,   thats one of the things I dont get with Mistie and the lies, In her report she said , I went into the kitchen because I noticed that the light was on and then I saw the door was propped open,   I want to know how did she notice this, the hard door will not stay open, the minute you let it go it closes, so how did she know the screen door was propped open, does she have x-ray vision or something and could see through the hard door..............................she needs to tell the truth..............

So no hope for lil Haleigh she gone and seems she is being forgotten no new clues and so sad they go on living life and its seems crazy that a lil girl can just vanish into thin air and not be found its crazy and makes me so very sad I can't believe they can't find her or her body, I want to have hope she is alive but my hope seems to be faded

I have been wondering that also, it doesn't make sense that she would have even seen the screen door open. I asked on IS forum and they told me that I think it was the NG walk through, TN said there were usually clothes on the floor and maybe the clothes held the door open. That opens even more questions tho, like would someone have been able to open that door from the outside if there were a pile of clothes on the floor? IA Misty needs to tell the truth.

I dont think for a second that Crystal is just going on with life and no one has forgotten Haleigh, and there is clues and LE is working around the clock into this crime and what happened, they will find the person or persons responsible.  Chrstal and Kim live, eat and breath this case and where is Haleigh, they are doing everything they can think of to bring her home.....That I know!!!

Ty Cookie. I go with what I see of Ron and Misty. LE will sort this out. And I must admit I am not neutral. Ron has three kids. One has a gentic disorder. One has some other issue and I don't know how bad that one is. He doesn't pay child support for the youngest of his kids. He moves in and sets up housekeeping with a 16 year old who has no education, has drug issues and she beomes the drugged Step Mommy.
People can be poor, not alot of higher education and still love their children and do the right thing for them. I don't see this with Ron and Misty.
Anyway, this won't be resolved here on the Internet.
From Art Harris, he was expecting LE to make a move. LE was waiting for something, perhaps their results from the evidence they took from the house.  Art is going to be on Geraldo tomorrow evening and I have respect for Mr. Harris and want to see his take on this as he met all the players.

I honestly don't fid it that odd, especially since it's been 2 months and the 15th is 5 days away.........she is discouraed with all the inconsistencies Ron/Misty told her in the beginning and is still hopeful, yet realizes that it may take quite a bit more time than 5 days from now to find her.

Just how do we know Crystal said anything like this at all or is this just the reporters look on things and his statment he wrote down as to the way he saw Crystal..........The entire time I was around Crystal all she said was what she was gonna do WHEN Haleigh comes home, how much Haleigh was gonna Love the Center, How much Haleigh was gonna Love the purple phone at the center, how she was gonna love all the stuffed animals, Im sure the writer of this statement wrote this in view of how the past 60 days have been............

When a reporter uses quotes, it is what the person said. (Or it is supposed to be.)

My point was, I thought Crystal would be more optimistic, that is all.

Thanks for the welcome!  Have any of you read the interview with whiteboy/Greg Page over at Art Harris' site?  There is audio too but the written interview has more info in it. 

Anyhow, Greg said that him, Misty and her friends partied, snorted coke, took pills, smoked weed and drank from Friday afternoon until sometime late Sunday. He said the last time he spoke with Misty was around 4 am Sunday morning.  He then says that she had to go see her dad at the hospital the next morning so one, she had to be still high or coming down on Monday with the total lack of sleep for days and by evening when Ronald went to work, and she had Jr. and Haleigh, she had to be totally exhausted enough that when she did lay down that night, she passed out cold.  A whole marching band could have played live in her living room and she wouldn't have heard it, I guarantee ya.

Anyhow, there was talk on another board (don't know if this is rumor) that her brother and his friends came over that evening.  Could one of these friends have been up to no good and saw and opportunity here?  Or could it be an aquaintance, drug buddy, a relative that was over and came back after she passed out?  Then there is the van that could have been used too and when Misty finally does wake up, she is totally freaked out, confused and then Ronald comes home and it goes on from there?  Also, what in the world would she throw in the washing machine at 3 in the morning...who would think about washing something with a child missing, or who washes at that time anyway?  I am asking because I have read that one of the police reports say the washing machine was on when the deputies got there.

Oh, and I still can't help but wonder about cousin Joe and if he will pop back up in this investigation. 

HH, didn't you say that Kim P. said that the cops had ruled Sapp and Snodgrass out as suspects in one of your last posts?  Sorry to ramble, it's all so confusing.

My brother, his wife and there 2 girls 8 and 5 live in Satsuma and I hope they figure this out soon, especially if it is one of the registered sex offender's down there..people like that alway's seem to reoffend. 

My heart goes out to you with your fears for your family in Satsuma, unfortunately.. I don't know anymore if there is a safe place to live.  The area we live there are about 20 within a 10 mile diameter range.  The one thing that I do.. I go online and I look at their photos trying to make sure I have them in my mind.  But, one of the problems we all have, they say that most predators are active for at least 17 years before their first arrest.  That could cause harm for many children and families in that 17 years.  I realize that the abductions are more in the public eye, thank's to the media, and community awareness than they had been, and the LE is far better trained in beginning an immediate search.   What I don't understand, is with all of the awareness, alerts, LE techniques for search, the elements of dna and other evidence.. They are still snatching the children, and some are never caught, I guess, like all wild animals they adapt and find methods, we are not yet aware of..  What are parents to do, put their children in safe rooms, much like vaults to keep the predators from grabbing them overnight, Put Electric fences around our homes, every home completely monitored by camera, inside and out with alarms attached to our children, never being allowed to let your child out of a distance of two feet, and never out of sight. Taking our children to school and walking them into their classes, then between classes.. We might as well stay at the schools all day long. Never take your child shopping without a distance monitor on them, nor to the movies.. might be too dark to watch them.  There are methods, but what about the families rights of freedom?
For many years the criminal's rights have become far more important than the average citizen..

I never even thought of my brother's family being in a potentially unsafe area until Haleigh went missing.  This county has it's share of crime but this is the first time that I can remember of an actual abduction and I have lived here my whole life.  I can't even imagine the pain of what Crystal must be going through.  If it were one of my nieces...it would kill me, I can't even fathom something happening to them.

I remember reading in the local paper a few months ago (or maybe it has been longer) of the cops busting a guy with a ton of child pornography on his computer and I believe he lived in East Palatka (which is just a few miles from Satsuma) or he might have even lived in Satsuma.  What I am wondering is when someone gets arrested for that type of crime, are they allowed to bond out or would he still be in jail?  I know if he is out, I hope LE is keeping an eye on him.  I wish I could remember his name but I don't.

Me either.....and also IMO I don't need proof that Ron and Misty are still abusing drugs, all you have to do is look at them in their earlier interviews and they look like your typical addict.

I dont want to sound argumentive here and keep, hammering a dead dog, but ..........I have seen Crystal and what this is doing to her, I have heard her talk about Haleigh and how much she wants her home and misses her and that she cant wait for her to come home,  It is stuff like this and these types of responces that if I was a Mother that was missing a child would just tear me up even more to think there was actually people out there that didnt see just how hurtful and tore up I was to be having to live life right now without my precious daughter.. Crystal is optimistic, as much as she can be, but Im sure deep down inside she gets more and more scared with each passing day, She is only human and she wants her baby back but My God she cant get her, cant find her, cant get someone to say what happened to her, Im sure things get her down every now and then and her mind starts to wonder into areas that she doesnt even want to think about.....................

about Ron ? Like the yard looks desolate to me, you say, maybe the weather didn't allow for planting. I know there are two sides to each story and I did not demonize Ron today. I haven't seen evidence of Ron / Misty  having any good qualities, have you ?

Good morning Kat_Gram, just got back from picking up an Easter Ham.. So, I was trying to catch up on the reading and I found you..  I am in agreement with you... I think we are on the same side of the pond..  I was always told, if it Looks like a duck, and it waddles like a duck, and it quacks like a duck.. then by golly.. It's a Duck...
