Hi Monkeys!

Are they talking about Ron and work over yonder? I just read a rumor on another board that Ron was terminated and the police had to be called. Sounds like something that came from over there.

Sometime back I had read whether it was a thought or a rumor but it was being said that the place that Ron worked, were to be no drug use, or no drug charges, something to that nature anyhow.  Since this with Haleigh came to light, and Ron's record became public, there was chat that he would not be having a job.  So....maybe this is what it is all about. 

Also comments made that Misty was wearing maternity clothes, saying that maybe she was preggers when they got married.  But....what about Crystal, he never married her and he had 2 children with her.  Of course, maybe Crystal was not underage.  Can't remember her age when Haleigh was born.

Thanks Grama! that sounds about right, I thought they were talking about something recent.

You may be right.  He was rumored to go back to work this week.  Due to the above, very possible that HE DOES NOT HAVE A JOB NOW.  So...that is current news, in my eyes.

I *think* this may have to do with back child support owed by Crystal. 

My guess -- Ron's attorney filed a notice with Crystal's last employer (the non party to the suit)to produce her wage history ... and then Crystal's attorney filed an objection to same. 

Wasn't there a recent interview with Crystal's attorney where she said Crystal thought her child support was being taken out of her salary when it wasn't?

A notice to produce is a part of the discovery process in civil procedure. Essentially, when a requesting party serves a responding party with a notice to produce, they are requiring that certain items under the control of the responding party be submitted to the requesting party for purposes of inspection or other related acts. The requesting party must follow certain guidelines when filing a notice to produce, particularly specifying the items they require and the form of such items, as well as providing a reasonable meeting date for the actually inspection process to take place. Once served with a notice to produce, a responding party has 30 days to respond to the request with a written response directed at each individual item listed, in which they can either object to producing for a valid reason or permit the inspection process.

I don't know for sure, but don't think that could be it because this is a notice for someone who is not a party to their divorce/child custody suit.

I agree I did pay roll and even the lowest paid folks, even those with only a 10th grade education noticed if a cent was missing, so I'm not buying that story. The rest of the story from KP to me was believable I can see Ron snatching up a donation jar, I can see Misty being withsomeone other than Ron, or Greg.
