I have been away for awhile and came back just in time to read the depos today!!! There is no way I can listen to these people, I have to read....All I can say is OMG!!!! You can sure tell this family tree has only one branch!!!! I have never seen such potent combinations of nasty in an entire family in my entire life!!! Arrogant, dishonest, rude to the point of being socially +++++++, mean, and to make matters worse, they are ALL stupid!!! How does that happen??? Holy cow!! I made it through the depos, good for me..I will be back tomorrow!!! HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!!

I heard Casey describe Zanny to George and Cindy and those two have embellished the description AND why is this the first time I am hearing the A's so explicitly depict THE NANNY.

George is a liar and he is going to get caught.  The suiside thing WAS a distraction for something.  Just don't know what.  I do NOT beleive GA went to kill himself anymore!!

I truly believe now, too that George did not go to kill himself.  I was an act..a distraction as you said.  His behavior in the depo showed he still had a lot of fight in him.  People who are depressed and on the verge of ending their life do not, in my opinion, feel like fighting and putting up with bull from people.  I fight depression everyday and one is in more of a I don't care mode.  What a disgrace these people are...and to have been able to have kids.  Cindy says there was not fight on the June 15th, so I guess Lee is a big fat liar, too.  They sure don't care how Lee looks in all this because they don't cover for what he says.

Okay, so georgie was trying to look all smart today, even told us what twice that he is intelligent......so, when he denied the fight saying, there wasn't a fight at the house, he was saying it wasn't there or the day before.  Thus, this could be fun.  What a jerk, playing games. 

Didn't Cindy say something about she didn't fight with KC, the attorney said something else and Cindy said - don't go there.  Then she interrupted Conman, I believe, and said - "no, let him make an ass of himself on this thing". 

I heard this on NG - I haven't had time to go over Cindy's deposition yet.

Kinda, yes.  georgie was using semantics - cause he is smart like that, don't ya know!  He told him not to go there too, but then denied it was at the house or in the time frame Morgan asked about.  Then cindy did say let him make an ass on this - sat back and crossed her pompous arms! 
They had some stories straight - Like they said "Zany" was a 10!

Thanks all for the up-dates and I am posting First this morning as I am 2o pages behind and I want to listen to the "Intelligent Amazing Anthonys" first as my satellite is quicker so early....

These people have become major butt lint AND I knew Lee was giving Morgan the finger and the fact that George mentions to Morgan that he is giving him the bird confirms to me that the A"S have laughed over this in the home.     Morgan is a class act BUT do you think he could of been using his middle finger to really push his glasses up or was he maybe trying to antagonize them.   
I hope it's the latter.  I just want someone to play the same games they played but Morgan might to savvy and classy for that!  BUT...He is a lawyer.

Morgan didn't depo George..it was another attorney Nemick or something like that.  Morgan did take over near the end of the depo.  A lot of people use their middle finger to point and to push their glasses up on their faces.  George has a problem because that is something he would probably do himself.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- George and Cindy Anthony arrived at the law offices of Morgan and Morgan Thursday morning for a deposition to face tough questions in the civil suit against Casey (images | raw video).

Attorney John Morgan wants to find out everything Casey's parents know about a mystery baby-sitter by the name of Zenaida Gonzalez. Morgan's client, who has the same name as the mystery baby-sitter, is suing Casey Anthony for defamation of character.

CINDY THREATENS TO WALK OUT OF DEPOSITION

Cindy was very uncomfortable during her deposition Thursday. She didn't appear to be happy and didn't like a lot of questions. When she walked out after the three-hour deposition, she muttered something that sounded like she said she couldn't stomach attorney John Morgan.

"I'm done. I've already answered the question. She's not the one. I'm done," Cindy told Zenaida's attorneys.

When the questions got tough, Cindy Anthony got frustrated.

"Someone touches me, I'm going to file harassment charges," she said.

At one point, it appeared she was going to walk out.

"Brad [Conway], if she's going to walk out we're going to move to find her in contempt of court," attorney John Morgan said.

During the several hours of depositioning, Zenaida's attorneys peppered Cindy with questions about Zanny the nanny, the woman Casey Anthony claims took her daughter. Zenaida's attorneys wanted Cindy to confirm their client wasn't the nanny

Casey Anthony's parents appeared combative and threatened to walk out Thursday while being questioned separately under oath in the defamation case against their daughter.

Tension dominated the five hours of videotaped questioning conducted behind closed doors at the Orlando offices of the Morgan & Morgan law firm.

"I'm giving Mr. Morgan what he wants. He wants a friggin' TV show," said Cindy Anthony during her three-hour interview. "We're getting it. You know, this is all he wants. This is why we're here today."

At the end, Cindy Anthony walked out of the firm's mock courtroom looking upset. Minutes before, reporters had heard raised voices inside.

Anthony turned back to attorney John Morgan and told him, "Don't tell me I can't pray."

Morgan said afterward he did not know what sparked that comment.

Anthony did not explain. Her husband, George Anthony, escorted his wife to the elevators, asking that no one follow them out.

Transcripts and video released afterward by Morgan made Thursday appear to be a rocky day for everyone involved. George Anthony lashed out emotionally at attorneys Keith Mitnik and Morgan for asking questions about his daughter Casey, who is charged with killing the couple's only granddaughter.

"When you say you sympathize and all that kind of stuff, you don't give — anything about me," Anthony said as he threatened to leave during his two-hour interview. "You don't care. I hope you never have to go through what I've had to go through."

The Morgan firm represents Zenaida Gonzalez, a 38-year-old Kissimmee mother of six. She is suing Casey Anthony, who told investigators that a baby sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez — also known as "Zanny" — abducted 2-year-old Caylee Marie in June.

The toddler's skeletal remains were found Dec. 11 in woods less than a mile from the Anthony home in east Orange County. Casey Anthony, 23, is charged with first-degree murder.

After Thursday's questioning, the couple's lawyer, Brad Conway, said most of it focused on the criminal case and had little to do with clearing Gonzalez's name.

"I think it just exacerbates the circus-like atmosphere that has surrounded this case from the beginning," he said.

Conway asserted that Morgan's primary goal was to get attention, and that his questions were designed to provoke the grandparents.

"The questions were designed to evoke emotion. They did," Conway said.

Both Cindy and George Anthony said the woman suing their daughter is not the Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez described by their daughter. They said they think that person is still out there.

Morgan said George Anthony responded to a lot of questions but refused to answer some, including details about an incident in which his daughter kept him from looking in the trunk of her car and a conversation he had about the ladder on the side of their backyard pool.

Cindy Anthony refused to talk about whether her daughter, who also is charged with check fraud, took any credit cards without permission.

Morgan was surprised to learn that the couple did not know about the tip that sent private investigator Dominic Casey looking in the woods near the Anthony home in November. They learned about it in December — after Caylee's remains were found in the area.

The investigator, who met the couple through Casey Anthony's attorney, José Baez, has worked for the family since November. However, no money has been exchanged, George Anthony said.

Before the remains were found, he helped the family look for Caylee and for the baby sitter, Cindy Anthony said.

George Anthony said he searched for Caylee but didn't look for anyone named Zenaida Gonzalez or Zanny.

When asked why, he just said he did not and he didn't have to "give a specific answer."

Casey Anthony's attorney in the civil matter, Jonathan Kasen, was not at the deposition. Morgan said he was "shocked" that her attorney hasn't attended any of the depositions.

When asked why many of his questions concerned Caylee's disappearance, Morgan said he can clear his client's name by showing who killed the child.

"Who committed this murder has everything to do with Zenaida Gonzalez," he said.

I have been up since  yesterday afternoon...I stayed up last night into early this morning to watch depos.  The A's will not under any circumstances admit Casey was wrong in any way, shape or form.  Where's the justice for Caylee?  No once did they say they want justice for Casey.  And how awful for Zanaida to sit there in front of George and George looking at her and saying she was not a 10...how insulting is that?  And Cindy basically said the same thing.  I can honestly say that they definitely made donkeys behinds of themselves this time for sure.  The more they are on tv the dumber they get and Cindy at the end of her depo smirking and winking at Brad and trying to outsmart John Morgan...how stupid is she?  When John brings her before the judge is she gonna be winking and smirking her stupid smile then?  She actually thinks she is smarter than the attorneys.  You can surely see where Casey got her smirky smiles from and thinking she is smarter than LE.

Yep...I wonder what Lee and Mallory and the parents think about Casey HO saying that Lee tried to pressure her into having sex with him? does Mallory have some doubts in her mind to an inappropriate relationship between Lee and Casey HO? I realize that we can't believe anything that comes out of Casey Ho's mouth, but if one of my relatives said that about me I would be pi$$ed...It's all Zanny's fault! she was a 10 and tempted Lee so he had to settle for Casey HO!
