Hi Monkeys!

Long time!  I have stayed away since my fur baby Abby got sick and now we are dealing with osteosarcoma.  Horrible cancer, but so far she is still happy and eating and responding well with pain meds.  Unfortunately, amputation and chemo will not make a difference in her case.  I lurk here and every twist and turn in this case still makes me shake my head.  Yall should take a look at Mallory's myspace pic.  GAG!!! It is of her and Lee kissing.  I don't see how she can stay with a guy who carries a torch for his own sister!  Oh, and speaking of Joy, if you watch the whole video you will see that Cindy is trying hard to avoid Joy!

Inside John Morgan's courtroom, Cindy set up her video camera for her own records. George was the first to be questioned and Cindy is slated to be questioned about what she knows regarding Zenaida Gonzalez Thursday afternoon.

Eyewitness News has learned that the attorneys are having a hard time getting information out of George Anthony.

George and Cindy Anthony delayed the deposition once because they claimed they were too emotionally upset to be questioned under oath.


O this is such BULL....I feel him faking an emotional breakdown in the next 10 minutes.    Hey George, you are smiling & playing with your new boat, grow a pair and man up!

You just know something is going to happen. Why is Cindy allowed to tape this for her own records? I don't understand this at all.

I hope her camera runs out of batteries!

George, Cindy and Joy, Three Loons On An Outing. OMG before this day is over, I'm afraid I will go over my regular dosage of xanax 

I've already been knocked out of the cage. 
We're gonna need xanax all around by this evening.....or beer.(that's for JSM)

Hello Monkeys!    I've had a busy morning, had to go Easter shopping ... and my husband is taking me to Tampa to see the Lightning vs Capitals tonight...so I will miss out on this evening's news

The first thing I saw this morning before leaving to go shopping was Cindy on tv chewing gum...she looked like a cud cow!!!

Not caught up yet, but seems they are having a hard time getting answers out of Georgie... now Cindy's depo is delayed....grrrrrrrrrrrrr she will prolly push it back to who knows how long. :tantrum: need a tantrum monkey!

George Anthony was questioned this morning. Cindy Anthony goes this afternoon.

They are being deposed in the defamation suit that Zenaida Gonzalez brought against their daughter, Casey. Casey is charged with the murder of her daughter, Caylee. Gonzalez accuses Casey Anthony of ruining her life by linking her to the child's disappearance.

The depositions were a top story on noon newscasts, and reporters noted that Cindy brought her own camera to Morgan & Morgan, the law firm representing Gonzalez.

"We also learned the attorneys are having a hard time getting information out of George Anthony," WFTV-Channel 9's Mark Boyle. In an update at 12:30, WFTV anchor Barbara West said Gonzalez's lawyers took a short break and hoped the second part of George's deposition "will be better." The delay means Cindy Anthony will be interviewed later this afternoon, West said.   

WESH-Channel 2's Bob Kealing noted that the Anthony family has said Casey was referring to another Zenaida Gonzalez. "We are expecting, especially this afternoon's session, to perhaps get pretty pointed," Kealing said. "You may remember at one point Cindy Anthony called John Morgan an ambulance chaser."


WKMG-Channel 6's Tiffany Tift said Cindy had been supposed to go this morning and George this afternoon. "We do not know why, but for some reason, they were switched," Tift said. "Right now, George Anthony is in the hot seat."

The Anthonys arrived shortly before 10 a.m., but their attorney, Brad Conway, said they had no comment for reporters.

WFTV broke the story last night that two complaints had been filed involving Dominic Casey, Baez's former private investigator. WESH said the third complaint involves a public-relations firm, Press Corps Media, that helped Baez. The investigation could take 30 days, Rhodes said.   

WFTV reported that the Florida Bar is investigating Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony. Anchor West said the station was still trying to figure out the exact complaint.

I understand Cindy is recording the depo.  How does this work?  The public can't see the video until it's officially filed with the court.  How can Cindy take away a recording before the official filing with the court?  Do you think that Cindy will have to leave her recorder in the room until the filing is made?

OR - is there a break between George and Cindy's depos and Cindy thinks she'll get a chance to review George's comments.  I'm sure Morgan wouldn't let that happen.

Thank you guys for the prayers and kind words!  I'm just loving and spoiling Abby right now.  I don't know how much longer we will have her as the cancer has metastasized to her lungs.  It's not fair that a waste of oxygen like Casey Anthony is alive and my sweet baby is dying.
