I think they are taping this so that they can study what they have said in order to be sure they say the same exact things as they have all along.  With all the lies this family tells they have to have some sort of documentation in order to keep up with it all.  She wants to be sure she can watch over and over again that which George says so she can hold in against him later if he messes up too I am sure.

On page 13 of the depo George claims to not know how Casey is paying for the nanny named Zanny, yet pages prior he claims that Casey was working and making money, had a checking account.

Now if this were not all lies and actually truth, wouldnt it all mesh and his response be that she was paying for the nanny out of her paycheck?  I mean that would be common sense right?

Now if this were not all lies and actually truth, wouldnt it all mesh and his response be that she was paying for the nanny out of her paycheck?  I mean that would be common sense right? 

Correct.   Live in grandparents would also have at least seen this so called nanny.   PS  22 year old hoes dont have nannys, they have sitters at best, maybe if they actually work a legit job.   The use of "nanny" inandofitself makes this story unbelievable

I love Zenaida's attorneys, they really packa hard punch to George and his arrogant answers.

Now I do find it odd that Conway keeps inserting himself.  I feel that he is leading his client, George, in his answers with the "If you know" and then George's quick "I don't know" following on the tougher questions. 

I love that Mr. Morgan has cautioned Conway a few times on his manner of practice and how it is not only looking but how it is again common practiced law.

George contradicts himself in the deposition by stating that he has no knowledge of Casey taking money from family members, where as he said in his police reports that he did know she was stealing from Cindy.
