Where is MH daughter? I am thinking more about this and I am worried for this little girl. If this is what MH does to neighbor children what on earth has she done to her own daughter? I can't find anything on this.

I am not sure, I thought the driveway of the house I thought was the one I was looking for had the driveway on the left of the front door. There was a person sitting in a car in the front of the house so I was trying to not be obvious, so I could have misread the numbers. I can pass by tomorrow if you want me to confirm

What I am going to post I found on another forum, I was hoping Tracygirl could comment if she heard this by any of the locals. The church has a basement, and there are three girls that were molested by Melissa, two of the girls, it was never reported until now. Have you heard this, this person seems reliable and believes what is being said. I of course have no idea if this is truth or lies, but is interesting.

It is on WS, page 5 on the thread titled Rape and Molestation Charges being Considered. Person is from the Bay Area. Like I said I have no idea where exactly this person is getting the info, I just wondered if anyone else has heard this.

I popped over there to take a look, I couldn't find it. I don't post or read there so not sure how to navigate.
But I have not heard that one, as far as I know there is not a basement, but I have never been there so I could not say foresure.

Like I said this could be bs, just wondered if you heard this. Isn't it rare to have basements in CA?

Rumor...I have heard this and by all accounts I know of it is not true. It has grown some too.

I had a feeling we were going here on this one.  Redressing of Sandra and putting in a suitcase spoke to me from the beginning.  I say re dressing before I knew because there are only so many reasons a person would kill a child.  When we found out it was a woman I knew it was going to be a sexual offense.  All just gut feelings.  She better get the death penalty.

And I still don't like any of the characters in this one.  I still suspect we have not heard the last of Fred or Lawless with his many aliases.  And I also have a suspicion that MH was abused herself as a child.

I watched another video about the church services yesterday. At the end MH grandmother said of sandra, "We loved her very much as did Melissa" WTH??? What a stupid comment

Cool Beans!  And you?  I'm just disgusted with this woman and why aren't we locking up people for having child porn?  Makes no sense to me.  I feel if they are lookin they are thinking also so let's get them before they act.

High-profile DA to prosecute suspect in Tracy girl’s slaying

STOCKTON – A San Joaquin County deputy district attorney who has put two murderers on California’s death row said today he’ll prosecute Melissa Huckaby, a Tracy woman suspected of killing 8-year-old Sandra Cantu.

Prosecutor Thomas Testa said that in Tuesday’s court hearing – Huckaby’s first in this case since her Friday arrest – he will make a motion for the judge to issue a gag order.

Testa said he fears the high-profile risks a change of venue to another county, which would be expensive to taxpayers and become problematic to prosecute.

“Overall, it’s mechanically, procedurally, less burdensome to try it in our own county rather than elsewhere,” Testa said. “If something should be said that would be admissible, that hurts our case here.”

Huckaby, 28, drove herself to the Tracy Police Department on Friday, where investigators arrested her on suspicion of kidnapping and murdering Cantu on March 27. The arrest came two weeks after Cantu vanished.

Huckaby today remains under observation at the San Joaquin County Jail with no visitors allowed to see her, a jail spokesman said in a news release.

Court officials preparing for Huckaby’s arraignment before a San Joaquin County Superior Court Judge Richard Vlavianos in Stockton said they anticipate heavy media coverage, spokeswoman Stephanie Bohrer said.

The arraignment, an initial hearing when the judge reads the charges aloud, is set for 1 p.m. Tuesday. Originally set for a Manteca courtroom, the case will be in Stockton. Bohrer said bailiffs will add an extra layer of security, searching everybody entering the courtroom.

Prosecutors have not said they will seek a death sentence against Huckaby, but charges of murder and kidnapping make her eligible. Prosecutors often announce their intentions later in the proceedings.

Testa, a veteran prosecutor who has put two men on death row and countless others in prison for life, said he wants to fast-track Huckaby’s case, making it a priority because he doesn’t like cases like these “to drag on forever.”

He intends to ask the judge for a “pretrial publicity order,” commonly called a gag order, which prevents anybody involved in the case – like attorneys, investigators and witnesses – from talking outside of court to the media.

Too much talking out of turn could result in a change of venue to another county, he said. Among other logistic complications, trying it elsewhere would be expensive to taxpayers, he said.

The county would have to pay hotel, transportation and meals for the judge, bailiffs, attorneys and witnesses. Testa has tried cases out of town, including that of Wesley Shermantine, one of two death sentences Testa won.

Most recently, Testa won a death sentence against William Jennings Choyce, in a cold case investigation into the serial killer who raped and murdered three prostitutes more than a decade ago.

Testa sounds good to me, no fuss no muss.  Now hopefully she won't do the deed herself before the trial.

But California doesn't actually apply it's death penalty does it?

MH will be an old lady by the time they apply the death penalty. I can't even remember the last person executed to be honest with you. They should just put her out into the general population, they will do the job in a matter of hours I'm sure.
