Sgt. Sheneman appeared on JVM and stated that Pastor Lawless is not a POI.  He was quite P.O.'d about the insinuation.

Insinuation?  How could folks not think that at first, when it was reported that LE immediately on finding Sandra went to search his church and home?

At the press conference this afternoon, a reporter asked Sgt. Sheneman if he had any information on Melissa Huckaby being interviewed about 2 months ago in regards to drugging a child and molestation.  Sgt. Sheneman said he had no knowledge of this information.

So, sounds like they returned her SUV to her.  The rumor around Tracy that Huckaby struck Sandra with her vehicle is not true or they would not have returned her SUV.  Also sounds like Huckaby  drove herself to the PD.

sources say LE maybe close to an arrest. Not sure if related, an ambulance arrived at the police station. Internal bleeding is being questioned, A Tracy Press reported said she asked if tried to commit suicide, she said she didn't want to talk about it. (hadn't thought of that!) Again, sources say an arrest is imminent

Yes, and they repeatedly asked the same thing but worded it differently each time in hopes of getting some kind of answer out of him.  He stuck with "I don't know" for the most part. 

The reporter did say that it came from an "investigative source", although that could probably mean many different things.

Just a thought.. *If* Sandra had been enduring abuse of some kind, she may have been ready to either run or tell.  The 5 yr old friend had supposedly heard Sandra say she was gonna run away, could one of the possible abusers have overheard this, and Sandra ended up dead before she could say more?

Hmmmm... I guess if trying to convince em doesn't work, then try to confuse em.  And when that doesn't work, one can always just stfu and refuse to talk.  She taking notes from Casey Anthony and Misty Cummings, I wonder?

I had not even thought about attempted suicide with Huckaby.  Would there be internal bleeding with that?  She may not even be telling the truth about why she was hospitalized.
