I didn't really - there's this annoyingly repetitive advertisement that says, "Congratulations!!  You've won a Nintendo Wii" every single time you refresh or turn the page.

Maybe you're even more lucky than I am and don't have to deal with the ads and pop-ups!!

Another angle from 'over yonder'.. Maybe Melissa fought with someone who had taken Sandra, and was actually trying to protect her? 

Before makng her out to be a hero lets find out if she is not a murder. I think if she was protecting her  to the point of getting beat up she would have no problem in telling the pd while in the hospital. but that is me I suppose.


Update, car there, the DMV confirmed this. she is still in there talking to police. Showing video of car being searched earlier in the week. that is all they got for now. Join back in the morning or go to kcra.com.

Well, that's a good point Tracygirl.  Not trying to make her out to be a hero, just mentioning another possibility to be considered.  We don't know what happened either way.  At this point, I've been considering one angle all day long, I think it's only fair to consider another.  Because we don't know.  Hope I didn't offend you with that.  It sure wasn't my intention.

**Watch the 2nd video on the left about Ms Huckaby . Now she is saying the suitcase had scrapbook supplys and the reporter talks about her bringing a 7 yr old neighbor to a park then returning her to her home. Then later, the cops show up to question her because the neighbor child had narcotics in her system......

Thank you cartfly for that link.  I find it interesting that Huckaby admitted she'd been interviewed about the 7 year having been drugged, also that she found a note in front of Cantu's home.  She seems to be right at the heart of this investigation with all sorts of clues and information.  A key source...much like Misty in the case of missing Haleigh.

By the time Sandra Cantu was reported missing two weeks ago, she was likely already dead, authorities said.
Tracy police late Friday arrested a Sunday School teacher and granddaughter of a church pastor in connection with the death of the 8-year-old girl, five days since the girl's body was found sealed inside a suitcase.
Melissa Chantel Huckaby, 28, was booked into San Joaquin County Jail early today on suspicion of kidnapping and murder, Tracy police Sgt. Tony Sheneman said.
Huckaby was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Friday at the police station after hours of questioning, Sheneman said. He could not immediately provide more details about what led investigators to the woman.
Sheneman said no additional arrests are expected in connection with Sandra’s death.(more at link)
