Hey 2NJ,

I've been looking at Seisma a lot and trying to connect some dots.  It just thought it was interesting that our last discussions regarding Seisma have been picked up and referenced by folks that have been defrauded by Seisma.

Guess that's why they vamoosed out of Boca Raton to Aruba.  Not so many pesky laws, etc.

The most interesting thing about the info on Seisma at scamfraudalert, is a dubious looking letter from Seisma's attorney, Smeetesh Kakkad at Salans.

I have never seen an attorney sign a letter in the name of the firm, rather than his own name.

Looks fishy to me..........

I am more interested in these guys at Seisma since they are connected to Lincoln Gomez, Permian Asset, the new oil broker on Aruba.

This link came up as a Web result when I searched Facebook for Seisma.  It only has a couple of posts, but they are fairly recent.

A little while back, I posted about Legacy Offshore w/guests having gone on a fishing trip with UnderwaterExpeditions per pictures in the Photo Gallery at that site.  Today, I found two other businesses related to subsea components or other have also taken recent trips.  Of course, this is common in the business world, but I thought I'd post it anyway.   The companies are National K Works & Fabcorp.

STUDY DESCRIPTION

REFINERY AND TERMINAL
SALES TRANSACTIONS

Houston - Buenos Aires - Calgary
Dubai - London - Los Angeles - Moscow - Singapore

The value of any asset in a transaction arises from the complex interaction of the asset’s physical capabilities, condition, location, and obsolescence, viewed through the lens of the buyer’s and seller’s expectations for future industry profitability. Petroleum refineries and terminals are unique assets, and no two share the same physical characteristics. While their unique qualities complicate direct comparisons between facilities, the analysis of transactions provides a valuable window on the strategies and expectations of both buyer and seller, as well as a useful indicator of the market value of similar assets. The Purvin & Gertz Sales Transactions studies provide a comprehensive historical review of refinery and terminal sales, bringing together our analysis with publicly available information in a concise and convenient format.

To enhance the utility of these studies to subscribers, the studies are now being offered as an annual subscription service published via Purvin & Gertz’ web site (www.purvingertz.com), as well as in hard copy. Subscribers can download the sales value analysis contained in each study in Excel spreadsheet format, and can download the study in PDF format. Subscribers will be able to download and print descriptions of significant transactions throughout the year as they occur, along with the updated value analysis table and database.

REFINERY SALES
Purvin & Gertz tracks the sales of refining assets in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. In addition to refineries, these sales often include retail operations, pipelines, terminals, inventories and/or other assets. Purvin & Gertz routinely analyzes the public information available from sources such as press announcements, company annual reports and financial filings. This information is supplemented by discussions with industry sources and in-house calculations. Then, for each transaction for which sufficient public information is available, values are allocated to specific assets to develop sales prices for the refineries involved. These sales prices are then related to refinery replacement cost, capacity, complexity, and conversion capacity. The information presented for each sale is summarized in the table below. The sales analyzed in each study are detailed in the attached Tables of Contents.

Page 2

REFINERY SALE INFORMATION
Transaction Value Indicators
Date Sales Value Basis
Seller/Buyer Replacement Cost Index (RCI)
Location and Region Value Paid as Percent of RCI
Assets Included and Share of Refinery Purchased Value Paid per Daily Capacity Barrel
Refinery Capacity and Type Value Paid per Complexity Barrel
