I was looking at some pictures of Caylee well one pic sent me to WS and they were saying that the pic was taking on the night of June 15 2008 in some motel it was Caylee crying in a red shirt, this pic someone used for a poster they also said that the motel had some video of Casey pacing in the parking lot, the picture was taking supposedly around midnight and the baby was in distress has anyone every heard any thing about this they were posting this stuff 2 days ago? I have the site addresses but not sure if I am suppose to post the link here or not?

The only red shirt pictures I have seen with Caylee is the one with Lee holding her and she is reaching out to the person (KC?) taking the picture or there was another picture of her in an OSU football jersey, but I don't think she was crying in that picture.

I'm not sure what picture you are talking about Haydens, that is because I have never been on WS. From what I have read, it is not a very nice place to be, so I have never been there.

As far is the video, the only person I have ever heard about the motel is from LP, he said there is video. So far, I have never seen it nor have I heard that LE has a copy of the video. Sorry I can't help you.  JSM

I read that about the red shirt, too, and was curious about it.  I've never seen that picture, only the one with Lee holding Casey and I don't think that's the picture that's being talked about.  They were saying that Caylee looked like she was in distress, but the picture with Lee just looks like she's reaching out to someone and Lee's laughing.  Hmmmm....

I want to try to post the pictures they have 2, am I allowed and if so I hope I can do it with out messing the links up I want to just post the pictures not the link to Ws if anyone would like to see them?

I was thinking about this yesterday, but didn't get a chance to post about it.

I've been thinking about how Morgan and Cindy got in each other's face toward the end of Cindy's deposition...and then Cindy created an uproar after the deposition...and then Cindy went out the door and in front of the press said "I can't stomach that man."

Well...what Morgan was excited about was putting it to Cindy that "SHE" was the one who in public and to the press stated that Casey had not been shown a photo of ZG and that ZG was NOT cleared.  Cindy said that Casey gave her the approval to put that out in the press.

Wouldn't it be something if Morgan turns around and names Cindy as a co-defendant in the defamation case!!   

From her testimony, he probably could, but I don't think he needs to now. That is a slippery slope according to the insurance adjuster I talked to about this.

If they can prove that KC had NO OTHER means of support except her parents and she was living in their home for the year preceding, and she was under their authority, then their liability insurance for defamation will come into play. That is what I believe he was going for all along.

That is evidently why Morgan was so interested in KC's earnings (IRS, contributing to the household, paying rent, etc.)

That is really not an issue now that Cindy admitted she went on TV after LE told her that ZG had been cleared and that KC said it was not her, then said that it ZG was a suspect and that KC did not clear her. I am not sure he will even have to add her as a defendant in the case to collect from her homeowners.

I remember the LP thing back aways ago. I'm sure some other monkey that watches NG can fill you in on the LP thing about the hotel video. I don't have cable, so I have never seen him say anything about the hotel/video.

O/T, mama bird is still there until I open the sliding glass door and she flies off. The eggs are there I am not even going near it until the fly off. I think she picked a good spot to hatch them, she is under a balcony cover and the eggs are not well seen from the sky so hawks can get them. Thanks for asking.

The red shirt being discussed could be this one that was put on a hanger & placed on KC's wall.   I said this before Greta's home interview that the house seemed staged with too many pictures placed strategically.    This knocks me over all together!   Another thing we have seen many missing children/persons cases & small tributes or a few pictures on a dresser or desk have been notable but nothing quite to the extent of  this throughout the house including a missing Caylee poster on KC's wall.   I screencapped this from Fox35's collection of evidence pictures

Yep that is a good thought he told the truth. Maybe that is why he bowed up in the deposition, he knew KC would be able to see him taking up for her. Maybe it was all an act? IDK, JSM said she wouldn't feel sorry for George ever again, but.... never mind. Oh well if Georgie told the truth at the hearing, KC doesn't know what he said. So George tried to act tough at the depo because he knew KC would see that performance on tv.  Hope that makes sense. I am full of ham and greenbean casserole.

You all when George had to testify in the Grand Jury hearing, was that sealed??  And if so, will it be read when Casey is on trial

I'm not an attorney, nor do I play one on tv. But A1 yes I do know it is sealed. If I'm not mistaken, that was the court hearing when it was played over the loudspeaker or something and the judge told the media, if this gets out they will be held in contempt or some sort of big trouble.

I'm not sure about if it will be read while she is on trial. I always thought GJ testimony was a secret. BUT this is coming from JSM who has about 1/2 the brain cells of an average monkey when it comes to this case.

I am of the opinion that Conway did not sanction or approve of the actions of the Anthony's during that fiasco of a deposition.  My guess is he is not long for representing them.  He still needs a career with income after this is all over.

I think he was trying to get them under control, but even he lost the ability to control them.  And in the end when CinCin waved that paper and accused Morgan of perjury, he had to feel that that was the last straw.

I am not a fan of Conway by a longshot, but it was very telling to me that they just left him in Morgans office and got on the elevator by themselves.  His reputation does not need these AssHats!   

I agree with you, he needs to get away from them now before his law career becomes completely tarnished. When Cindy was having that tirade after the depo before she and George got on the elevator, Conway had a look of horror on his face. If your clients are not going to listen to you, what is the point of representing them?

I seems he put his own credibility and ethics in jeopardy also in that deposition. Remember when Morgan kept reminding him that he could NOT answer the questions for his clients and kept warning him about that being unethical?  Morgan told him more than once that he was in very serious territory with his actions.

YES, he lost control of them, and had no idea how to reel them back in. I think in the beginning he was just going to let them speak, but when they were hostile he kept telling them to just answer the question. They neither one listened to a word he said. He let them not only insult the plaintiff in the case, but threaten the plaintiff's attorney as well. He is in a mess with this one, and I really don't expect him to last with them much longer.

I do believe he was shocked at some of the things Morgan presented in the deposition.

Turbo...WOW...thanks for all the info...that makes sense about the homeowners insurance.
I'm thinking that C&G have been advised of this and that's why they were SOOOOO adamant about repeatedly saying that this is not the ZG that KC described to them and how this case could be ended today.  I "knew" there was more to it than I was understanding when Morgan became so strident toward the end...it seemed to me like he was trying to get the information about Cindy and the press into the deposition record.  It would also explain why G&C were so defensive.

Thanks Hayden - I was able to see them from the links in your post.....i had not seen the crying one before.  I'm not sure how they would know it was taken in a Motel....but I cant really see any of the background.  The background in the one of her not crying, it looks like the kitchen of an apartment and not a motel.

I don't want to post the image here, because it disturbs me very deeply.

IMO, the pic was probably taken when Caylee was a little younger.  There are other pics of her wearing that shirt, too.  (Happier pics)

The pic may be meaningful because it appears to be one of the last pics of Caylee that Casey uploaded to her photobucket, along with the images of skeletons, death, etc.  Not to mention the creepy factor; that not only did someone (Casey) take the picture in the first place, but saved it and uploaded it to photobucket at all.  And the timing of that upload.

As far as the June 15 motel parking lot rumor, that was something that Padilla mentioned on a NG show months ago.  So far have never seen anything in the docs to corroborate that, and the cell phone ping info (on the face of it) seems to show she was at home all night.  But often LP has inside info, so it remains to be seen whether there is any truth to that one.

Oh, my....that bottom photo is really disturbing.

I wonder if Casey had all that stuff on the walls or just some of it.  I wonder if Cindy put some of that stuff on the walls when she was getting prepared for Greta's interview?  We know they got rid of some stuffed animals in preparation for the interview.
