Well that ( DP )  moves the case out of Bozo's league. Can he sit second chair and have LKB in the first chair ?

Yea he has HUGE problems now!   Bar complaints & he cannot head chair the DP portion of this trial, nope.

Do you know if K-Baden can head chair?  If not, a new attorney will have to be added and I suspect that will delay the trial for a substantial period of time!

I am so happy to see that the State is playing HARD BALL with KC, the Ants and the dream team defense. They are finally going tit for tat with them. GA and CA screw up the civil suit depo and Bozo requests cell records for more victims, Oprah invites the Ants to spew their lies on national tv and now the State makes their move. BEAUTIFUL!!!!

YIPPPPEEEEEE!!!!! WaHOOOOOOOOO!!! GO PROSECUTION!!!!   Yeah for putting the DEATH PENALTY back in place for the casemonster!!!!  Now, you need to go get her mommy and daddy and convict them too!!!

Maybe the NE was correct when they said there was dirt and decomposition on Casey's shoes.  This is great news today! Does this now take Bozo off the case?

No she does not have a license to practice in Florida, Im pretty positive Todd "Mac the Knife" Macaluso does either not to mention hes in very hot water with a bar complaint & NJ lawsuit pending from his practice in California.

She'll have about a decade for that in solitary, the DP in Florida isnt quite as slow as California but its not within the first few years due to exhaustive appeals.

Just think back a few days to CA saying Caylee was never missing!!! And then look at the myspace letter to KC with the header "My Caylee is missing". Talk about getting busted. And that's only one of CA's lies that she has been caught telling. I think the State knows they can't call any of the Ant's to the stand cause they all are incapable of telling the truth. I hope they get them for perjury at a MINIMUM cause I'm convinced they are in much deeper than just cover up lies!!

Capp, I don't know the legal name for it...but...isn't there a way that an attorney (K-Baden) can get a waiver from Florida to be able to head a particular case?

Another thing, the fact that the State filed this despite the 45 day window expiring they are willing to tell the defense they dont need their discovery...thats huge.    They must be very confident.      This will delay the trial at least by a month or a few.
