I'm not sure about the decomp, but I think the soil samples from the shoes match the soil where the body was found would be a factor.

The shoes/boots were in the same car where the decomp was found. So the defense could claim it came from the car.

BUT, if the soil from the woods matches the dirt on the boots. BINGO!! She is going down.

JSM, my dear friend I will say this ONE more time with much love....your opinions are not stupid nor are you - far from it & I'm not scolding but saying it because I adore you.   That being said.  I didnt read anything about decomp being found on the shoes just the same soil as where Caylee's remains were found.   Also, if we remember there was soil (I dont know how much) was found in the trunk of her car-that may match too).   It could be possible that soil and even decomp are on her boots/shoes - I would wait to see it in discovery than relying on NE or the Globe for reports but that's just my humble opinion because I am always leery of when these tabloids are printing developments as facts.   Sometimes the NE has been right on the money, other times they have been no different than other tabloid publications.   This time they might just have a scoop considering today's news...I'm waiting with baited breath for evidence in the way of discovery to confirm it before I do back flips.

Yes

A death penalty case is heard in two phases, trial and DP penalty.  If she is convicted of murder one, phase two begins where the DP will be deliberated.   Its DP or life without parole.

LWOP is really not a punishment for this creature...look how well she has adapted to jail life.....unless she were put in GP then she would be a bitch in EVERY sense of the word. Hells Bells....Susan Smith even found a guard to have sex with her in prison.

I believe that the soil and decomp was on NG...NG saying that they received information from sources, but that they did not yet have the actual documents.

Hi Leroy.....you are so right.....thinking about what will happen to her is the ONLY real punishment......LWOP isn't...she would adapt...she would never IMO give caylee a thought..but sitting in a cell 23 hrs. a day wondering 'when' would be.... she thinks she is a 'star' right now....waiting on death row will be a rude awakening for this monster.

I go to the Fox orlando blog. A poster called Thinking of Caylee watched the entire Morgan tape. I wish I had done a copy and paste with credit at the time.
They said that Cindy knew every babysitter Caylee ever had even if it was for an hour or two and even corrected Mr. Morgan on the spelling of the names.
Yet, she was unable to provide such detail when it came to Zany.

Actually, I seriously doubt it.  I think that opportunity a few times over has passed.  This is hard ball time, and Im on TEAM JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE to hit a grand slam!

I don't see it....BJ will continue to think, and tell, his murdering client that he can get her off.  Besides if she takes a deal he loses money....................LOTS of money!!
