During the deposition Cindy Anthony also told attorneys she thinks someone else dumped Caylee's body in the woods near their home after hearing Casey Anthony during a jail visitation video saying she thought her daughter was close by.

The emotional fireworks erupted in the Morgan and Morgan law offices just before Cindy walked out following her three-hour deposition.

"You have to have hope. If you don't have hope, you don't have faith!" Cindy Anthony yelled out after her deposition was completed.

Cindy appeared to attack John Morgan about a comment she heard him say on television.

"Yes, you did. You went on TV and said I shouldn't be praying," Cindy said.

Meanwhile, Cindy's husband George tried to calm her down.

"Listen, shut up," George told her.

"No, I'm not shutting up," Cindy yelled.

Cindy was still fuming as she walked out and said few words to reporters.

"I can't stomach the man," Cindy said as she walked out, possibly referring to attorney John Morgan.

"How did it go in there, Cindy?" WFTV reporter Jeff Deal asked.

"What set you off?" another reporter asked.

"Nothing," Cindy replied.

Thanks Northern Rose, I saw this video while at work and was just about to ask a question.

So Cindy is saying she can't "stomach that man" about Mr Morgan. I thought she was saying it about George after he told Cindy to shut up.  Glad I read forward before I asked another ______ JSM Question. 

I just found it funny that he was trying to calm her down by telling her to shut up.  They have such a loving relationship with fond ways of comforting each other (disclaimer: sarcasm) .   If hubby ever did that he would find love face first with a frying pan.

  I know, that is why I thought when he told her to shut up, she said I don't have to, she walked out and said I can't stomach that man. I just figured that was a normal conversation in the Anthony household. That's why it didn't dawn on me that she was talking about someone other than George.

An Orange County deputy sheriff who failed to properly investigate a tip that might have led investigators earlier to the body of missing Caylee Marie Anthony was fired today.

Deputy Richard Cain was notified of his termination after an internal investigation found his actions to be negligent. He intends to appeal, a sheriff's spokesman said Roy Kronk, an Orange County meter reader who found Caylee's remains on Dec. 11, told investigators he'd called the tip in several times months before the discovery but the deputy who responded -- Cain -- was rude to him.

Well when there is a local report that the Anthonys or their attorney went on national tv, its a safe bet it was to the Today Show

Here is this mornings Anthony camp spin from Brad "Conman" Conway.    Dolce, I wont expound much but I agree with you about the "sympathy factor" involving Conman...a disgusting display of using something to one's advantage...had to get that off my chest!

Yes, how dare anyone think Caylee was missing on that date even though the title of the article has the words "Caylee" and "missing".  And that was such a sweet mother to daughter article that why would not every child in the world want to "friend" Cindy after reading it.  Change your investments today - buy shares in the Cindy Koolaid now!

Well, my friends, I'm just about through both Georgie and Spindy's depo's. And I'm bringing back a classic just for the occassion. They both deserve the super side eye.
