Baez Files New Court Motion
Defense Attorney Seeking More Complete Phone Records
POSTED: Friday, April 10, 2009
UPDATED: 6:42 pm EDT April 10, 2009
<snipped>
In the motion, Baez is asking judge Stan Strickland to order 11 different cell phone companies to turn over certain records to the defense.

Baez wants complete records for meter reader Roy Kronk, the man who found Caylee Anthony's remains; Jesse Grund, Anthony's ex-fiance; Tony Lazzaro, the man Anthony was dating when she was arrested in July on charges of child neglect in the disappearance of her daughter; Richard Cain, the deputy who searched the woods where Caylee's body was later found; Anthony's friend Amy Huizinga; private investigators Dominic Casey and Jim Hoover; and the entire Anthony family.

This man is as sharp as a wet paper towel going for this now.  By the looks of it it would be easy to speculate that the whole bunch of them are in cahoots and there is some credence to LP's daisy chain theory.

hmm, so my little guess is that D. Casey filed that complaint to cover his own arse. If anyone goes down for this, he's thinking he'll make sure it's Butfuz and not him.

Butfuz -- the big boys in prison are gonna luv you "tender"!

this is why DC canceled his depo and got a criminal attorney I guess

Absofrigginlutely!   He also may have gotten an indication that the Anthonys & Bozo would be more than willing for DC to take a fall as opposed to them for going to those woods, notably being that besides Hoover he was the only one in that group that there is evidence he was actually there digging & probing.    He's not out of the clear either.

Trimm, be careful hon I already went thru a humdinger of baseball size hail & winds here this morning.

Man, I hope that NE is correct in reporting that!

Okay, I'm behind again...but have finally watched all of the videos on Cindy's deposition.

I just heard her say that DKC still works for C&G.  We now know that with his high-powered attorney, DKC has filed a complaint against Baez.  We heard the other day that Cindy is trying to get Baez off the case.  I'm thinking that if Cindy believe DKC about Baez asking DKC not to report to 911 if he found Caylee, that Cindy will go after this or have DKC go after Baez like a dog with a bone!!

Thank-you. I especially enjoyed pics 3,9,11,15,28,31. This woman has the look and actions of a demented she devil, I for one would not want to make her angry.

I am only on part 1, (Cindy) but Cin says she was under the belief that Jeff Hopkins was paying the babysitter...my question is, wouldn't Cindy wonder why J. Hopkins would pay Casey's bill for the sitter? That seems so strange to me. Now I am going back to watching this BS.

When Cindy put that Myspace message out, she knew something was up. She knew Casey was unwilling and unable to care for Caylee on her own. KC probably bitched a fit every time she was made to watch her own child and Cindy was well aware of this. So KC takes off, hears of KC out clubbing and wondering to herself who the hell is watching Caylee?? She probably suspected the KC had been drugging Caylee. BUT she still didn't take action.

This tells me that Cindy was AFRAID of KC. Cindy knew what her own daughter was capable of, but still she didn't want to piss KC off too much, afraid KC would leave her forever. I'm sure she didn't suspect she would actually KILL her, I mean who really believes that their own daughter would do such a thing. But as the scene unfolded, Cindy knew deep in her black heart that KC did the unthinkable.

So cutting her losses, justifying that hanging KC out to dry won't bring Caylee back, Cindy goes into protection at any cost drive. Demanding her own family follow suit. Cindy is used to having the people around her bending and bowing to her lest they incur her wrath. KC has no such ties to her family. They are expendable. To be used for whatever they are worth, then tossed aside. I really don't think Cindy understands that KC is going to implicate her, use her sad excuse of a mother to justify killing Caylee.

As I read about these depos and C&G's actions, all I can picture is the ghost of little Caylee standing there, with her big brown eyes, watching her grandparents, who were suppose to love her, betray her and her memory. They KNEW slore killed her, her body wasting away out there somewhere and they did nothing to find and retrieve her body. How sad that Caylee now knows how much she mattered in that family. I'm glad God has his arms around her and can comfort her in a way she never received before.
Very well said, and you hit the nail on the head. And Caylee will be watching during the trial, and she will help make sure justice is served.

Holy Crap. My husband listened to both Anthony's depositions. All of them. I could only fast forward, could not stand to listen to it all. All I can say is thank goodness that Cindy was not MY mother......What a poor excuse for a wife, mother and grandmother.

...and human.

LOTS of it, is all I can suggest.

I got through 3 of 5 of Cindy's. All 5 of 5 of George's.

Not sure if I am going to be able to finish Cindy's.

I have been stuck in the last cage trying to catch up     I saw JSM in there!

Anyhoo, if anyone didn't like G&C before, then they REALLY don't like them now................like me!  OMG they make me so angry watching these depositions... they are constantly picking fights over anything they can.

I also think that after seeing the last doc dump pictures of the round laundry bag, that it was one in the trunk that George describes.

Oh well, going to watch NG now.

You're gonna thank us...if you are able. And I admire you very much for being able to spell absinthe correctly. My drink of choice is simple. Beer.

Check back with me in about 2 hours Fanny - I won't be able to spell beer, much less Absinthe!  BTW, I do have some real Absinthe in the cabinet from France.  Really must take it easy with that stuff!
