OK,I'm rewatching #4 from Morgans site and the video is playing just fine now.
I have a question.....didn't Hoover state that he and Dom Casey went to the Anthony home back in November and Hoover brought up that they had been searching in the woods?  I think both Anthony's were there and possible KidFinders and maybe Baez?

You may be talking about in December after Caylee's remains were found, during the second search warrant when they were home 12/19-20, it was a Sat, same day LE completed the crime scene.   George was seen very upset in the doorway & thrashing insults toward detectives.   Cindy reported then that she had sent someone in the woods the month before (which would be DC in Nov), she also chose then to report that there was a Winnie the Pooh blanket missing from the house.  Cindy now in her deposition denies making that statement.  IIRC Hoover, KFN were there but I saw nothing personally that Baez was there when the 2nd search warrant was served.  There is footage out there of when the search warrant was served & George yelling in the doorway, I think DM of KFN is visible along with Cindy tugging on George.

Cindy's purpose was what you see her doing in the deposition, she is setting up a claim that "it" (that galls me) wasn't there in November so Casey couldn't have done it - however, when she said this she was totally unaware that Hoover turned over his tape to the FBI & had no idea what the plant & bug life thru the skull & items found would prove out.   The evidence shows that Caylee's remains were there for several months, they will be able to get it as close to 3-4 weeks either way of when the body would have been put there.  Now, doing the math even if Casey waited until let's say 6/24 that would have the forensic evidence showing a range of 3-4 weeks from that date the latest -- my point with that is that the body was in those woods BEFORE her original arrest on 7/16.

It also should be noted with all this talk of where DC & Hoover actually were in the woods, or Kronk/Cain - there is much discussion about two sets of 3 pavers as landmarks which are quite a few feet apart from each other (ive heard as much as 75 feet) so it is entirely possible that these yutz for brains were not in the right spot & that is how it was missed OR it doesnt preclude them from finding it but not removing it yet -- it seems pretty clear to me that if the Anthony camp (inc Baez) would have altered the scene with planted evidence or removed it for relocation, there is no other reason to hesitate calling 911 or OCSO immediately otherwise.    I also cannot help but be concerned that now fired Deputy Cain was the one that went on the call to the Anthony house when George reported the gas cans stolen, we have no idea what happy horsesnit George may have told him then very similar to what he started blabbing to the tow yard manager BEFORE he was even near Casey's car.   If everyone recalls on their walk to the car he was already complaining he hadnt seen his daughter or granddaughter.

Thanks Capp,but the interview I'm thinking of wasn't when they were doing a search on the A home.It was Hoover saying he and Dom Casey went to the A home and I believe Baez and L. Baden were there sitting on the couch,Hoover was saying he started talking about him and Dom being in the woods.....wait....this must be in Hoover's LE interveiw because I think Hoover was answering a question by LE something like"do you know if Cindy and George knew you were in the woods looking for a dead Caylee"?......I'll go look at Hoover's LE interview.
Yes,funny how George just assumed it might be Caylee's body in the trunk and not Casey's.

"IF" Dom Casey was never paid by Baez for his services, was he technically employed by him?

Not sure, but I had called late Friday with something else so if they arent aware of it & Blink concurs I will refer them to the info because it would bolster Casey using this name as an alias in May & then looking for a way to connect an actual Zeneida Gonzalez.  This Zeneida being represented by Morgan because she was at Sawgrass could be Casey's attempt to connect that fake ID to a real person.    This would mean that Casey targeted this poor woman & the proof is how often Casey visited Sawgrass apts including the day Zeneida inquired about looking at an apt there.   The birth date given for the traffic violation puts that Zeneida at 22 - Casey's age.   She subsequently told her parents 25.

I'm still thinking that the names of the homeowners of the two houses behind which Caylee's remains were found, are names that were in KC's mind, too.  KC seems to grab bits and pieces here and there to make up her story.  I think that's the reason it's soooo hard to figure her out.  Names of homeowners, name she used as an alias, names she's heard the manager at Sawgrass call out, etc.

This is O/T but I missed JSM this morning. I just skimmed so I need to ask. Did her mama bird come home?

So I'll be on topic, I'll wish for the fleas of a thousand camels for the Ant's.

Fannie Mae, I just got home and the mama bird was in her nest.  I couldn't tell but as soon as I opened the door she flew away. 

  I have a nest on my balcony, that has been used for 10 years, by the birds, I just love the mama bird and her babies. They are so fun to watch.

  JSM didn't know there were any eggs in the nest. It is in my hanging crystal lantern thing. I guess I will have a mama bird and babies, but she flies off when ever I go out side. Will I have to stay inside forever until they hatch?

She'll fly away everytime you go out the door, but she'll come back. Be glad it's not a mockingbird or she would buzz your head!

I know a person that does the same thing, only isn't a baby killer. Drops names out of the hat, like we know who the heck she is talking about. Just imaginary people in her eyes, not people she would use to pin a murder on though. Thank God.

It is so nice to hear that Momma is looking after her children and back in the nest !  Now if Cindy would have not covered up for Casey and cut her out of her nest when she started stealing then perhaps things would have turned out differently.  I have two hawks that are going after my smaller birds.  Wonder if they have larger cousins that could go after a few ants?

Boils! On their arses, all of them. Yeah, Josef grabbed a mockingbird out of its nest one day, freaked me out. It was okay, but that mama bird was pecking at us til he got away from that baby.

There are articles that DC had never been paid and was owed 90k by Baez.  IF that is true Baez would hopefully be in breach of contract (assuming he did not put some stupid clause in there that DC missed) and the contract would be rendered void.  Thus never having actually worked for him.

We have red tail hawks big enough to go after Cindy and George here. Yes, Cindy should have pushed KC out of the nest and maybe it would have been a lot different, but I also believe that God knew what was best for Caylee. He got her away from those demented, evil freaks, and she is safe forever.

Now I am sad, I hope the hawks don't go after my new mama and babies.

He first went to the woods in late July or early August to the best of his recollection, possibly early August after a conversation with his younger sister Alison. He did not venture into the woods at that point;  he did run into a reporter which he spoke to, but declined to appear on camera, but shared he was a childhood friend of Casey’s and familiar with the area in the woods as most neighborhood kids were. He stated it was a place they would sneak off to or in some cases bury their pets. Prior to August 18, 2008 Keith had not had any conversations with George or Cindy Anthony regarding Casey or Caylee and had not seen them in years.

Depends on the clauses in the contract.  I would have to assume that if there was no payment and the contract was rendered void then none of the confidentiality clauses should apply.  I contract and usually have a 1 year confidentially clause in all of my contracts.  But if I was not paid then there would be no work product to have to be confidential about as the work product would solely belong to me and I could do what I wanted with it.

I know yesterday I posted something in my sarcastic style and Dolce was worried that I was an Ant supporter.  I am going to be more careful now and keep my sarcasm to myself as much as I humanly can as I do not mean to offend anyone and feel bad that I may have.

I took off with a broom after five racoons that were going for my kitty on my patio one night. You might keep a broom by the door. Don't do it like me though. I was barefooted in my nightgown and chased them all the way down the condo driveway. Made a shrieking, screaming spectacle of myself but they never came back. A few of my neighbors still look at me sideways.

Boils on their arses and private parts too.
