Palatka Man Arrested on Drug Charges

PALATKA - 24 year old Travon Mack was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug dwelling, possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. On April 23rd, 2009 a search warrant was executed at Mack’s residence, located at 110 Hicks Street in Palatka. The search warrant was the result of a narcotics investigation conducted by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office Drug/Vice Unit regarding illegal drug activity at residence.

Mack was subsequently booked into the Putnam County Jail on the above listed charges. His bond was set at $6520.00.  (09-3597)

Just read over yonder, and not sure if this is the name of the renter, owner, or just making reference to the type of people that reside there.

6 Charged in Deadly Flagler County Home Invasion

FLAGLER COUNTY, FL -- Six people are facing charges in a deadly home invasion in 2007.

Five members of the 'Bloods Gang' were arrested in October on state racketeering charges and the girlfriend of the identified gang leader are facing additional charges in connection with the December 2007 shooting death of a man from Palm Coast.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office says the arrests culminate a 2-year joint investigation between the Sheriff's Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement into area gang activity.

The six people facing charges are 22-year old Brandon Washington; 23-year old Michael D'Angelo Gilbert; 23-year old Meghan Victoria Smith; 21-year old Christopher David Kee; 23-year old Paraskevas Hantzos; and, 21-year old Hector Echevarria.

Haleigh Cummings: My TJ Hart Updates

So with all that said lets get dirty. Here are my updates from Mr.Hart, some are old news but the ones I received today are new.

Mr. Hart has talked to Lt.Greenwood concerning Greg Lewis Page aka White Boy Greg he asked the lieutenant some questions regarding Greg Page:

1) Hart: Has Page been polygraphed regarding the weekend with Misty and the disappearance of Haliegh?

Greenwood: We cannot divulge any information about results of any polygraphs or who has or has not taken one recently.

2) Hart: Did Page admit he was with Misty and used drugs with her?

Greenwood: We cannot comment, or rather, divulge any information on an ongoing investigation.

3) Hart: Was Page cleared via polygraph of any involvement in Haleigh’s disappearance?

Greenwood: We cannot divulge any information about results of any polygraphs or who has or has not taken one recently.

4) Hart: Is Page considered a suspect?

Greenwood: Everyone is a suspect—no one has been cleared.

5) Hart: Has Misty admitted to the weekend drug use during a polygraph as well?

Greenwood: Again…we cannot divulge any information about results of any polygraphs.

6) Hart: Has Misty’s account of that evening been cleared by LE?

Greenwood: No one has been cleared.

Now I know its not alot of answers to those questions besides shutting doors. What stood out for me was the answer to question number six. No one has been cleared. Makes you wonder. Mr. Hart was also in Satsuma to stop by and see Crystal Sheffield he reported this “Was in Satsuma yesterday following a meeting in Jacksonville, FL. Visited with Crystal Sheffield for about 15 mins. She’s NOT looking healthy… tired, run down, skin appeared to have yellowish tint.”

Mr.Hart also had some information regarding Ronald Cummings Haleigh’s father:

“Re: Haleigh Cumnings: chasing down info received at 11:48 pm by phone Sunday via Cobra referencing a possible BOLO for Ron Cummings.

Was tipped that a 911 call was made stating Ron Sr. sent Ron Jr. to the door of former girlfriend Amber in an attempt to lure the child he and Amber produced to come outside the door around 9:30 pm so Ron could take the child.

Also alleged a tall thin black male was waiting in shadows to snatch the youngster on behalf of Ron.

It’s been reported that he is now behind in his support for that child.”

I have not received any word on that BOLO or that situation regarding Ronald Cummings from Mr.Hart,  I am still waiting for an update on that.

I wish something would break soon also, but with all the articles Heart is posting, thank-you, there won't be many people left on the streets. They are really cleaning up the town and surrounding towns.

I am not a physician, and never would claim to have a gifted amount of medical knowledge, but I do know one thing..  When your skin has a yellowish tinge to it, something is going wrong inside..  much like the liver.  and we all know that Crystal has been having seizures... (hepatic disease causing seizures).. can be googled..

Hello Jersey, I'm in the cage, without being yanked out.... I'm HOME....

Get those girls cean up or cleared out, and get this custody issue over with, and I do believe it will...  But, worried about Crystal's health, worn, thin and yellowish tinge.. that is not good, especially with those seizures..  This is not good..

Just got word that a formal report has been filed with the police concerning the guys in the red pickup truck.

White woman walking dog was approached by two men in a red pickup truck who offered her $50 to tell them where White Boy Greg lives. They also threated to light up the neighborhood when she refused to tell them.

She took the tag number down and reported it to the PD- one of the men in the car was Lester Cummings, Ron's father. And the red truck is registered to Annette Sykes.


This information can be obtained via public records.

Officers involved in filing the report were Walsh & Street.

Someone needs to help the Cummings Family with their PR campaign. This isn't werkin' to good for them.
