Trying to remember, but am thinking Jordan is at least a year old.  Wouldn't say he was old enough to be answering the door when Ron Jr. comes a'knockin tho.

Trying to remember, but am thinking Jordan is at least a year old.  Wouldn't say he was old enough to be answering the door when Ron Jr. comes a'knockin tho.

With the rest of how this case has played out, I sure wouldn't be surprised if something this wacky actually happened.  Reading it on twitter seems to give it more credibility than say if we had heard it on toxic topix or over yonder.   Seems something was happening for there to have supposedly been a 911 call made and a "be on the lookout" for Ron. 

Seeing as how NG seems to be gaga over Ron, wonder she is going to put that BOLO in as 'breaking news' anytime soon?  heeee

I'm off to bed folks.  Gotta get up in a couple hrs.  Debating on keeping my Son home from school.  Some a-holes decided to paint some graffiti on the elementary school down the street...a gun with the date April 20...and some other stuff I guess...threats.  Columbine anniversary.    Some sick joke I imagine.  Hope they catch the little bastards that did it.  All schools will be locked up tomorrow, even to parents.

Also Ron was fired... Could this be because they found out he left the job site on the evening Haleigh went missing....PDM is a big company and had to discussed if they had cause to fire...

Big Companies, have resource Officers, who are trained well in employment issues, like hiring and firing.  They know what a person can be fired for.. without doubt, and work these elements to save the company from having to be at fault in paying unemployment benefits.  Three, ways they can do that. 
1. If you abandon your job, or you have willfully violated company policy's, like leaving early and not punching out.. That constitues thieft of time. Also, violation of company policies.

2. On probation and your work performance is not good, supervisors keep records on newby's..  Probations can be anywhere from 30, 60, 90 days to 6 months.

3. Any action of an employee that brings bad attention to the company, or any form of drug activity, breaking the law, placing other employees in danger. The list could be a half a mile long on this one.  Even the resort in this area, at will a security officer can go into the employee parking lot, and search your vehicle.. Without a warrent.  That's right for legal buff's.. Without a warrent.. because you are an employee of the resort and you park on their property, and they have told you this from the get go..  If you run a computer during your employment and it is a user screen on the network assigned to you.. They can enter and go through all of your info on your user screen.. 

This is a huge company that ron worked for.. They have their own lawyers, and would never put themselves in a position of violating ron's rights.  So, his attorneys are blowing smoke.  Another little tid bit.. Florida may be one of those states who's laws are very out dated in employment, and the companys could fire at will.. without recourse. He can go to the other lawyer, and they will talk money first, and then how little they can actually do..
