ok, so we have the bulimia rumor ... I had the opposite thought. What if Casey is gaining weight to look frumpy for trial? Given the images we've all seen, maybe that would be a smarter strategy than looking "hot." Any thoughts?

I know looks shouldn't matter. A killer is a killer. But we have heard all the talk about pretty faces and juries being less likely to convict. Many of us are also well aware that people use their looks to get ahead each and every day. That's no secret.

Good morning Monkeys!  Has anything ever been said about anything the family did for George in relation to Father's Day?  I don't recall seeing anything?  IIRC wasn't there a Father's Day balloon found at the remains site? 

nothing I know of ... just the trip to see Cindy's father.

I don't know.  Just seems odd that nothing's been mentioned about Lee, Casey or Caylee doing anything for him on Father's Day?

IDK given what I've seen from Cindy -- I think she despises George and has NO respect for him. And Casey only cares about Casey.

Maybe Lee called him and told him Happy Father's Day. That was prob it.

Do any of you legal monkeys know how a contract might possibly work when the contracting party does not hold up it's part of the bargin, as in NOT PAYING??!! I'm wondering if this negates everything and DC would be free to talk since maybe non-payment would void said contract???   

I asked the same question a few days ago Boo....I am thinking if Bozo Baez never paid Dom Casey, that would mean he was never employed, therefore no attorney client privilege issues.....

Good Morning, Capp, LP sure seems very confident with the fact that someone saw Casey in that motel parking lot. I don't doubt it, and this person is staying quiet behind the scenes until trial. Is their a motel near the Anthony home? I'm sure LP has talked to this person, bet money on it. Wonder what tid bits LP is going to say during his deposition?

You were not alone in your thinking aobut Lee. It was a possiblity in my mind but I never fully committed either way ... now of course we know it isn't so. but that does not mean nothing inappropriate ever happened b/t them. It just means he was not Caylee's bio dad.

George -- I don't know. Honestly, I would not be shocked if it turns out to be so. But again, not committed either way.

Hell, it could be just about anyone with the right *cough* parts. 

I believe Casey will spend life in prison. Hopefully, that will be the lesson.

George worked the evening shift....left before 3pm, got home about 10:30-11:00pm....IIRC
I think he said batwoman/hammerhag/dominatrix cindy was already asleep under her rock when he got home.

If Skanky pants has "bulimia" than it's to get attention.  I really don't see it happening in her.  I don't see her having issues with her body image.  Unless BJ recently told her he doesn't like fatties with horse teeth

About the contract - it would depend on the terms.  If it wasn't spelled out specifically in the document, then Florida State Law would come into play. 

Having said that, IMO, Dom Casey, PI, has major problems.  He was privy to some serious manipulations by the Ant family and if he did anything that was against the law, I'm sure LE knows about it.  I'm guessing LE has his nuts in a vice and got him to wear a wire, hence, his "lawyering up" and refusal to be deposed by John Morgan.  I think he's obtained exactly what LE wanted from Geo and CinCin and they're on their way down too.

No need to eat crow - you weren't alone!  There is part of me that still thinks that! LOL  But, I have moved on to georgie now too!  There is a family secret they don't want out and I want to know what it is!  I still want the darn JCP receipt too! LOL 
I wondered that too about Sandra.  That case is just too dark for me for some reason.

Capp dear - Can I ask a favor?  My over 40 eyes have a hard time reading colors when they are big posts.  Anyway you could use the black crayon?  It might just be me, but the colors (purple is worst!) make it sooo hard for me to read.  I struggle reading yours and you have such good info, I don't want to miss it!  Just asking.....
