Even knowing it's inevitable, my heart is in my throat.  It's so sad.  I don't want her to be there.

I know.  I am hoping this bin has something to do with Terri-Lynne taking the clothes and coat she got rid of.  I really am not sure if I can handle yet another child disposed of like she were garbage.

Woman, 23, arrested in death of boy buried in NM

May 21, 11:23 AM (ET)

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - A 23-year-old woman whose son hasn't been seen for over a week has been arrested in the death of a 3- to 4-year-old boy found buried in the sand at a New Mexico playground.

Albuquerque court records show Tiffany Toribio was arrested early Thursday on an open count of murder and several counts of child abuse resulting in death. She's being held on $250,000 bond.

Police Chief Ray Schultz says Toribio is a transient who had stayed at a home several blocks from Alvarado Park, where the unidentified boy's body was found last Friday.

Family members and others contacted police after investigators released an image of the boy. Relatives said the image was similar to Toribio's 3-year-old son, who hadn't been seen since May 12.

CBC update

McClintic's neighbour said she had suspicions as the days went on during the search.  The neighbour went to the police station and asked to see the tape.  When she saw it she told police she was 100% positive it was Terri-Lynne.

Rafferty moved back in with his mom in Woodstock after her lost his job in Guelph at a meat packing plant.  Neighbours are saying they have heard loud arguements with Rafferty and his mother lately.

Two detectives  were at Tara's house, went to the back door and no one answered.  They woud not tell reporters why they were there this afternoon.

CP24 Bin development

Dumpster is being called item of interest.  Officer guarding the scene.  Forensics still not arrived.  Police will not say what is in there or they think may be in there.  Helicopter was circling that area yesterday.  Rural search team and canines are in that area as well.

Woman in handcuffs taken in OPP chopper yesterday - chopper was seen flying south of Fergus, and over Wellington Road 22 and just west of there (which is all bush).  Area is farmers fields, bush, swamp and wilderness areas.

Reporters believe police were given landmarks from the trip yesterday.

CBC Bin News

CBC just announced that OPP HAVE CONFIRMED the bin on Wellington Road 22 north Fergus IS linked to the search for Tori Stafford's body.  An OPP agent at the scene told CBC that the garbage bin contains items of interest.  Would not say what was in there or when it would be opened just that it is linked to the disapperance of Tori Stafford.

Thanks for the updates. I hope they find Tori's body soon. Sara does look like the pic of TL, strange but if you look closely there are marked differences. Tara looks nothing like it, never thought it did.

Obvioulsy Tara and Sara are not the person in the sketch though.

What article was it yesterday, it said Tara and her BF had gone to the police as well about TL. So the police had the neighbors and the  parent saying it could be TL?

People around that area said the bin had been dumped 2 weeks ago? When did TL go to throw away the clothing? maybe there is a weapon or other items in there?

That was what the rural people were saying this morning, that the bin had been dumped two weeks ago.  It looks pretty full right now.  I have no idea when the neighbour of T-L said that she told him she was going to London to dump the puffy coat and some clothes.

CP24

A van with detectives and woman in handcuffs just pulled up to the rock pile they were searching yesterday.  I will give the full update in minute.

There is speculation that Tori is  under the rock pile, but nothing confirmed by OPP.   Dumpster is just down the road from the rock pile btw.

CP 24

Police are now at two locations north of Fergus, the bin and the same rock pile they were at yesterday which is just down the road from the bin that is currently sealed off.  Investigators started searching the rock pile in the field yesterday and are now back.  Reported as a tense and dramatic situation unfolding a van with detectives and a woman in the back of the van drove to the scene by the rock pile.  The van pulled up to the tree 15 minutes ago and further to the left of the tree is the rock pile.  That was the focus of the investigation yesterday.  Detectives, 3 of them, got out of the van.  A marked police cruiser is also there and according to the landowner has been there since yesterday.  McClintic has a lawyer and the the lawyer is confirming that the accused is helping police in the efforts to locate the reamins of Tori.  Police have  a special judges order to allow McClintic to go out with police to try to direct them to the site where Tori's body can be located.  The van just pulled away and left.  The 3 other detectives still sitting in an unmarked car and the marked cruiser is still sitting by the rock pile.

Media on the road and onlookers are waiting in watch to see what will happen with the van and the woman in the back.

Terri-Lynn has a lawyer who spent an hour with T-L this morning.  The lawyer is stating that T-L is helping police find Tori's remains out of good will and not to help her own case.  (GAG ME!!)

Tara's house - father and b/f showed up.  The were very angry and told reporters they were not welcome on the property.  Were throwing things, went inside to get the dog and a few other items.  Told reporters to get lost, that Tara was not there, would not be there and was resting.
