OK I'm back for a little bit, and I'm shivering cold!  Think I'll hang in the cage for a little while though.

Aaww! I was going to send you a coffee drinking smiley, but I need more practice.

Oh well, it was the thought.

Not me. I was trying to find something to warm you up. Don't like any monkeys to be cold and sick.

I'm sorry I scared everyone away with my sickness!

Im here QM, just reflecting...I think I've taken all these bloggers & "op ed" journalists coming out the woodwork the past few days with their articles to argue the merit of the State seeking the DP in Casey's case  or disputing things as ridiculous as "there are no signs of premeditation" have gotten to me more than I realized.  I think those emotions & frustrations reared their ugly head earlier today and I hurt another monkeys feelings having a mix of a response & those thoughts meshed together when they shouldnt have been, its rare I lose sight of distinguishing one thing for another...its a sign I need to count to ten & breath.

So I think my headache & frustration should take a break tonight.   I'm gonna go pick up some Chinese take out & curl up with my blankie to regroup.   Again, my apologies Miki, my intentions were never to hurt you personally.  Capp is signing off for the evening, I'll be back tomorrow in a better frame of mind & my usual self.

Meter Reader Refuses Records Request
Phone Records Request Part Of Motion Filed By Baez

POSTED: Monday, April 20, 2009
UPDATED: 5:18 pm EDT April 20, 2009
[Casey Anthony appears at a court hearing.]
Casey Anthony appears at a court hearing.
The meter reader who discovered Caylee Anthony's remains is refusing to turn over his cell phone records to Casey Anthony's defense team.

Earlier this month, defense attorney Jose Baez filed a motion requesting the cell phone records of several witnesses in the case -- including those of Roy Kronk.

Kronk found Caylee's remains in a wooded area off Suburban Drive on Dec. 11.

Anthony is being held at the Orange County jail. She is charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, who was 2 years old at the time of her disappearance.

Kronk's attorney, David Evans, filed a motion on Monday, which objects to the phone record request, saying it amounts to an invasion of privacy and harassment.

Evans said he and Kronk would not object to a "reasonable" subpoena: one that limits the amount of information turned over to Baez. The existing request calls for all of Kronk's phone records – including cell phone pings and text messages with times and locations.

According to Evans, Kronk does not want the phone numbers of his friends and family to be fodder for the defense team and the millions of other people following the case throughout the country.

O/T but It is about Natalee Holloway

'Natalee Holloway' movie sets records for Lifetime Movie Network

Why do producers keep making movies of true-crime stories?

Consider "Natalee Holloway," which scored the highest ratings in the 11-year history of the Lifetime Movie Network.

The movie's April 19 premiere brought in 3.2 million viewers. The film also posted the best numbers ever for the channel among women viewers in the 18-to-49 and 25-to-54 age groups.

And the movie scored the highest ratings in ad-supported basic cable for the past year among women in the all-important 18-to-49 age group.

The movie was based on mom Beth Holloway's book, "Loving Natalee: A Mother's Testament of Hope and Faith." Tracy Pollan played Beth.

The bottom line on "Natalee Holloway": It was a success in business terms.

Just look at all the people that have had their names and pics everywhere because of Casey.

OH, Morning Monks! Wakey Wakey!
(Tevye has had a LOT of coffee this am, DH is gone overnight, so I should have been able to sleep in. Sadly, DH did not tell the Aussies to let me sleep in...those dang things get up at 5:30!)
Tevye, what kind of Aussies wake you up at 5:30 in the morning while your husband is away? Hmmm, I hope they look like Hugh Jackman and Mel Gibson.  Sorry for O/T, I haven't been in the cage all day.

You didn't scare me away, I was outside shaking my fist at the sky. It is snowing here! Carp, darn it all! I thought, once I got rid of that 8 ft tall snowbank in the driveway, spring was here. Evidently, I was wrong...again!

Sorry you're under the weather, but at least your weather is nicer than mine!

Hello Tevye, I assume you are talking about fur aussies?  Cos this "Aussie" doesnt get up at that unearthly hour    ps, loved your above post to that "Scott Maxwell"

Cappaccino, you didnt get much sleep, but see you are now offline, so hopefully you have gone back to bed.  I feel sorry for you re the renos, Id do a runner with the fur babies if i was you.
Hi Lucinda,
Yes, by "Aussies" I mean our Aus. Blue Healer and our cattle dog/mix (we don't talk about her heritage too much, seems her dad was the neighborhood Lothario and her mom was the one night stand). They're both old (she is like 17 years old!) and very set in their ways and timetables.
Tevye, I didn't know you had a blue heeler. Sorry again for off topic, just not that many people I know in this world that have one. JSM
