Thanks boo for that. I'm getting madder by the day, and it has now become my life's goal to watch this until the end, Caylee's justice is going to take a lot longer than expected, with a death penalty case now, this is going to take a long time to get this to trial. Cindy, George, Lee, and their pals, can continue to think they are going to get away with everything they have done. Sooner or later this is all going to come crashing down around their heads, and I'm not going anywhere, because I want to watch every last moment of their misery.

When George goes back to answer questions in his deposition maybe Morgan should ask for financial disclosure & the Anthonys 2009 tax return, that could get interesting, oopsie maybe they should have answered before April 15th.    Its obvious neither of them are working, Id ask how they are paying their bills, its a legitimate question for a civil suit because they could under their homeowners policy or separate possible suit against them personally may come to light due to Cindy's personal public comments regarding this Zeneida.   Hmmm

So what could possibly be the motive for Jesse Grund to kill Caylee?  It doesn't even make sense?  Actually nothing about this case makes any sense.  I am still trying to came up with a senario about when and exactly where Caylee was killed and why the duct tape.....It is so sad.

Orlando criminal defense lawyer Richard Hornsby said Thursday this is the only way attorney Jose Baez will be able to hire the experts necessary to defend Anthony in what will be an expensive death penalty case.

"I think the taxpayers are going to get stuck with paying for his costs," Hornsby said.

Hornsby said Baez has a legal right to argue the state should pay for a chunk of Anthony's defense fees.

Florida's Justice Administrative Commission has a set expert witness fee schedule. Defense experts would have to accept a set fee, do it for free or leave the so-called dream team that Baez has been assembling.

For this to happen, the court would have to declare Anthony indigent. Baez would have to disclose his current funding sources and sign a 20-page contract agreeing to the commission's guidelines.

On Thursday, Baez would neither confirm nor deny whether he is considering asking the state to help fund the defense. He told WESH 2 that he is aware this is a possible option, but does not want to disclose what the defense team's next move is going to be.

Good luck, and with a death penalty qualified jury it can take months to seat. I just feel this is going to drag and drag.

Progressive postpartum depression is one of the least recognized diseases suffered by young mothers despite the fact that almost 80% of women who give birth experience some form of postpartum upset. Although this symptom picture is well described in the research literature, postpartum depression is not recognized in the mental health professional’s legal “bible,” the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fourth edition (“DSM IV”). [20] The symptoms of postpartum depression may masquerade as manic-depression (bipolar disorder). Periods of euphoria, agitation, sleeplessness, sexual promiscuity, and hyperactivity characterize the manic symptoms. Poor judgment is a result. [21]

Progressive Postpartum Depression and Psychosis

A common misperception is that the postpartum depression is nothing more than the “baby blues” and will disappear on its own shortly after childbirth. [22] However, if untreated, the disease can develop into a more severe form, progressive postpartum depression or even psychosis. When this happens, the mother suffers from continued episodes of mania or depression, each one progressively worse than the last. Rejections, separations, and losses often trigger subsequent recurrent episodes. Because of the episodic nature, the woman is often untreated or undiagnosed until a tragedy occurs.

Despite the common misconception that only newborns are at risk from this disease, mothers suffering from the more severe form kill older children. The case of Andrea Yates more than amply illustrates this point.
