The DCF man who investigated Ronald was also his neighbor and he knew him on a more personal level cause his stepson did some of Ronalds tatoo’s. This is the same man who stated Misty was the one who picked haleigh up in the blue van and said RJ was with her, so a friend of Ronald’s has no reason to lie.

So why would Ronald lie because Misty didn’t have a Driver licnese

Chad Griffis has legal custody of his two kids and has for awhile. He also works a steady job as an electrician

there are a lot of lies but one things for sure it cant be both ways. so why lie … to cover up the truth and paint a pretty picture so people will like you… THATS BULL….

Hello Heart...   It wouldn't do any good to re-interview short elevator.. she couldn't remember what time, day or clothing Haleigh was wearing the day after Haleigh went missing..  She's slept since that night and even gotten married.. now she's had time to re-invent the stories a hundred fold....

No arrests, suspects in Haleigh's disappearance

No arrests have been made in the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings and none are anticipated, a Putnam County Sheriff's Office spokesman said Tuesday.

The 5-year-old, blond-haired kindergartner was reported missing from her Satsuma home Feb. 10, prompting a massive search of South Putnam and an intensive criminal investigation involving local, state and federal agencies.

No suspects in the girl's disappearance have been identified by detectives, said Johnny Green-wood, a sheriff's lieutenant who serves as a spokesman for the department.

Speculation that an arrest had been made swept the community Tuesday.

Telephone calls from Haleigh's relatives, curious residents and the news media flooded the sheriff's office Tuesday afternoon, Greenwood said.

The trigger appeared to be a report from an Ocala radio station that linked a drug suspect's return to jail to the Haleigh case.

"They are unrelated," Greenwood said. "It's not linked to the Haleigh Cummings case."

The subject of the radio station's report was 18-year-old Kristina Renee Prevatt, who was arrested on a cocaine charge April 20 and bonded out of jail about 10 hours later by William Staubs, a bounty hunter and private investigator who says he is working on the Haleigh case.

I have seen no legitimate news source state that she has lawyered up. Nor have I seen a name of any lawyer associated with Misty.

Until then, I am not so sure it is true.

Hello Monkeys,  I heard the same thing,  Misty is gonna Lawyer up, the only reason for that is someone thinks soneon is getting close to something that is gonna get her in trouble, thats the only reason I can think of for her to get a lawyer right now,,,,,,,She wants to already have one when the sh!t hits the fan.........wonder who has talked!!!!!!

I saw that... maybe it's a divorce lawyer, among other things, she probably needs one of those by now....

another thing that really still bothers me and I've posed this question w/o any kind of answer: is Misty pregnant? if she is, she disclosed that before her 3 day binge. In my state of NJ, where all posters are honest and hard working(cheers JG), if you are found to be doing drugs while pregnant big trouble finds you! you would be arrested and held until you delivered and it would be some time before you could regain custody of that child. why hasn't this been followed up on?? unless it has and she is not pregnant

She has been missing for so long. Her family still at that crossroad in that empty unforgiving desert. We are all still standing in that empty desert waiting for her. Palatka Murder Suspects Indicted

PALATKA, FL -- The men who escaped from the Putnam County Jail were indicted by a grand jury Wednesday morning.

Doni Brown and Timothy Fletcher were indicted on charges of 1st degree murder, escape, home invasion, and two counts of grand theft.

The two men are accused of killing Fletcher's step-grandmother after escaping from jail and then leading investigators on a nation-wide manhunt.

State Attorney R.J. Larizza told First Coast News there is a significant amount of evidence against them, which makes for a strong case.

Your absolutely.. correct.. read it on arts site, with my own blue eyes.. no listing of who the attorney is..  Also there was a question, and I tried to find an answer from art, about that washing machine going that night.. heard it was from here on sm, but never found it on one of the interviews..  still don't have a confirmed answer..

RE:       ALLEGATIONS ON ARTHARRIS.COM ABOUT HANK CROSLIN BEING GIVEN PILLS BY RONALD CUMMINGS

 

This office is in possession of an affidavit signed by Hank Croslin that states:

 

1.         That his hospitalization from April 18, 2009 to April 29, 2009 was due solely to a misuse of prescription medication that Mr. Croslin obtained on his own.

 

2.         That Mr. Croslin was not provided any drugs, pills or medications by Ronald Cummings.

 

3.         That any statements made by Mr. Croslin that were reported to the police were done while he was under the influence of prescription medications and are false and Mr. Croslin disavows any such statements, as well as any statements that he was in anyway in fear of Ronald Cummings.

RE:       COBRA'S LATEST STUNT

 

Yesterday Cobra pulled another fast one.  After improperly bonding witnesses last week, Cobra did a bond surrender on one of the witnesses, and he and T.J. Hart, a radio personality from Ocala, announced to the Palatka community that Cobra was bringing into the county jail a "person of interest" in the Haleigh Cummings case!  This caused a furor over nothing.
