This little girl did not just dissapear, somebody knows something and LE knows also that this is and inside job, Misty isnt smart enough to pull this off by herself, she had to have help and somebody in this town knows the same thing she does, now she has lawyered up and wont talk anymor (not that she ever told the truth to begin with)  Something has got to give soon, all these people cant keep running around scared and not talking, This baby deserves to come home, she deserves so much more than what she has had in her short life, and if she is dead her remains need to be found so she can rest in peace and the people responsible for her death need to be held accountable!!!

I totally agree, do you know if she did lawyer up, who her lawyer is?

It is heartbreaking and realistic.....  That place is like a maze, just keeps turning corners, and then everything become a confused mess..  You know there are really good descent people in that community, that are overshadowed by the bad, and even the good descent people know things, but would be terrified to come out in the open to tell.. Because they have to continue living down there with the muck.. And you know the muck isn't going to tell anything, it draws to much attention to their illegal business's..  I guess the only thing left for the Le to do, is move all the good people out to safety and just nuke the place, and make it the Satsuma Parking Lot.

There has only been a rumor so far that she lawyered up, someone said that she was ask who her lawyer was and she didn't know... So, I would put no stock in that until one comes forward and yells to the public, that she has been falsely accused of being who she really is, maybe he/ she will put up a web site and promise that she will make a video interview to put on the site, and they will post the same image of little Haleigh on that site too..  Thing I don't understand,  why hire an attorney, if you know you haven't committed a criminal act, or haven't been charged with anything relative to a criminal act..  Her other half hired one because of the custody issues, and he wanted to stop the bad publicity, because it would not be beneficial to his case.  Now, is it that short elevator is antcipating criminal charges are going to be brought against her?  Or Is she planning some civil action against her good friends because they told the truth?  Would like to see that one play out in open court.. In my minds eye, I can see it now..  Everyone in Putnam County would be setting in that court room and the overflow so thick you couldn't get through and would travel two miles down the street. Everyone bringing their own lawnchairs, lunches and beer, would look like they were having a huge tail gate party. Of course the court house would have to order more speakers for the outside so people could hear her calling people names and telling how people were just telling untrue stories about her..  Of course you would be able to hear the roar of the spectators laughing and falling out of their lawnchairs and off the back of pickup trucks.

I can see her now, in my mind, getting nervous on the stand, and ron running up to the witness chair and pulling out a pill from his pocket, to give to her to calm her nerves, might just offer the judge one too..  Maybe a jury trial.. Hope he brought enough for everyone.. Momma always said, if you don't have enough to offer everyone, then you better keep it to yourself, and never eat in front of people, that has to go for pills too..

Oh well, so much for imagination today, I guess.. It was fun while it lasted.

Yes, it is great!!!! Oxy can come in a pain reliever with tylenol or in oxycontin. Also known as hillbilly heroin I think.

I agree with someone earlier....arrest Misty  for child neglect and see what happens, shake the tree and see what falls out.  This case could drive me nuts if I let it.  So many twists and turns, someone knows something, someone took her and I have a terrible feeling about it.  I would be thrilled to hear about her being found alive and healthy, but my 6th sense is telling me differently.
What a huge area to search...she is so small, the person/ persons that took her could have hidden her anywhere. 
My prayer is that something will break soon and little Haleigh will be brought home.  Is the FBI still involved with this case??  I can't imagine them letting Misty walk out of an interview with them,  just don't understand this at all.

I'm sorry I don't see insults and name calling, just see people being passionate about something. As far as the media, the media is not going to focus on topics that don't have viewers wanting to see, that is how it is, they flutter from one thing to another, and half the time I know I have no interest in the things that they talk about. With no updates at all and no new info mainstream media has nothing to share on this case and many, many more cases. NG and JVM and sometimes Greta, they cover these types of cases, but cable news in general is to busy talking politics and the swine flu at the moment.

ITA~It has just become very frustrating and tense, people become very passionate when children or hurt, missing or murdered. Sometimes we use Con/Fibsty just for levity (kind of like we use the Scamthony's in the Caylee anthony case)........no one seemed to object to that from what I can recall

Not to make any waves here, but personally, I find it difficult to follow posts when so many posters use different nicknames for the players in this case.

I can imagine a new monkey reading our posts would have the same difficulty.

Just my opinion.

Well, I'm not new, but I still don't like the tacky nicknames for anybody... it detracts from the seriousness of the case. Any time I read a post and see the silly names thrown in it, it kind of makes me take the poster less seriously.
I'm sure a lot of people think it's fine, and that's okay... for me, it sounds silly and childish. Sort of Nancy Grace-ish, with the goofy gestures and rolling eyes, and snarky comments. But we're not all perfect, are we? If it makes some feel good to call names, then go for it. I think I will refrain. No disrespect to anyone here, but JMO.

They kept her in the interviews for very very long sessions, and she apparently
would just clam up, say nothing at all.  When questioned about her misleading and confusing statements in an interview.. why did she do that?  She said, I don't know.
