At the sentencing phase, will she have to admit to the crime before the court?  Will she have to give details?

Are there any mitigating circumstances that the defense attorney can bring up at the sentencing hearing?

I guess I'm still not convinced that she acted alone. 

And even though  I am thankful the family doesn't have to wait for the end of a lengthy trial, the pain of their loss must be unbearable.

I guess I'm still not convinced that she acted alone. 

Absolutely she did not, she has left a string of assaults on at least one child and one man that has been ALLOWED to bemade public. Dropping criminal charges of those two cases were part of that monster's plea deal. I hope the familoies of those two victims proceed with CIVIL CASES against THE ENTIRE CHURCH-POSING BAPTIST HUCKABY FAMILY CLAN. As we know, in a civil trial far more can be brought to light. I say the early links and leads to other States, and pedo rings involved some rotten people, however with "juice" which a civil trial will crush, just as the civil trials againts OJ Simpson finally crushed him.

I'd start by educating with the fallacy of the "Baptist Church" regarding their organized pedophilia. If one may say the Catholic Church showed the way, these IMO perfected it, and IMO that Tracy Baptist "church" lived it lock stock and generational barrel. Keep the fire to their feet in Tracy. This story isn't over by a long shot. IMO Sandra has had only the FIRST step to real justice. Leaving it as is is short-changing the real justice required to stop more Sandra Cantu's and make her little life stand for something greater that awarding Huckaby's generational pedo's country club life in jail - her new special handling facility - where she is today found "more relaxed and happier" than ever. That's not justice for Sandra. MOO. (my opinion only).

"Keep a Lid On It Justice" is a California State legal best practice.  And why the worst cases happen in CA. The pedo's are running key aspects of the legal system.

The "others" go underground, move and pop up in another State, with NEW NAMES, just like a lot of that Tracy Lawless-Huckaby "Baptist church" clan. They are given help through a complex network of fellow posers. They protect each other, hiding their worst criminals under their "pink prayer shawls". The women are IMO and in my experience, the absolute worst. Real head cases. They have an uncanny way of milking the disability, welfare, medicare system, starting young.  Just like MH. So they always come back to CA.

As far as acting alone, an informal closed poll conducted about a year ago, about 250 + ppl, on April 2009 quite soon after Sandra's torture/murder indicated at the time about half did and half did not and some said "did not know".

As far as Sam Behar her "public defendant" - he is on 'PUBLIC LEGAL RECORD" as saying he would sell his grandmother or mother  to win a case, and he went after one of the Tracy detectives as a tactic (MOO) to get evidence against MH thrown out. So who knows what deals this pervert got as a result.

MH, unspeakable pervert, named herself as Cinderella888 and Mel of Issa (Jesus), on her myspace page and left internet trails which I interpret as a personal having seriously disturbed religous views more akin to Satanic ritual sacrifice than any Chirstian religion. If you follow those perverts to check what they're capable of doing, you'll notice SC was tortured and murdered on one of them Satanists significant days.

And if you talk to the local hillbilly Baptist, lots of dem dere believes the wildest things, incl. what might have to be done to "cure" an elder who is ill.

So, no one who has a serious clue about how depraved humanity can get to be while hidden behind "church fronts", at this point believes she acted alone. At the very least, IMO a bunch of them knew exactly what Mel of Issa was up to, and why, talked about it ahead of time, what needed to get done many times, had searched out other possible victims, and I believe there were many, many other child victims (drugged, "ceremonially" molested and videotaped which get sent around under church labelling) and when it came down to SC, they let it all ride, and assisted as some points.  The note a journalist reported was found near the SC house with the location of the body... the knowledge of the suitcase by at least one other male...

It is my personal belief that her plea may be the unfortunate result of a problem within the investigation, which is undergoing an IAD review as we speak. I fear that a detective may have procedurally compromised this case; which as you know, is difficult for me to say.

That said, y'all have my word, that when the gag is up, I will FOIA this case file.

Not just because of the incongruity of the plea, but because I am aware of some 60 hours of investigative analysis that was turned over and I would require the "outcome" of.

There are about 20 issues with this case that need to be heard to prevent it from happening again.

There is way more involved in this case, there are way more people . . . I believe that with every thread in my being.
I am grateful Sandra's family doesn't have to go through the agony of a trial . . . that is all I am grateful for at this time.  I understand there were problems with procedural compromises . . . however, for me (not that I am anybody), that doesn't change what needs to be brought to light.  The video of Sandra skipping down the streets is seared in my spirit as if I was branded.  That precious child is a poster child of what should never, ever happen to our children (or anyone).  As long as I have a breath in my body, the fight for justice for Sandra will never fade until there is justice.

-FRED WILLIAMS, and wife, and their rap sheet, and their spiffy house. How much did they pay MH for services. (BTW modest MHparks in CA do absolutely house ppl with big $, housees elswhere and RSO rap sheets. I have data to back that up.)
-CHRISTIAN SINCLAIR. The pedo distribution video's, which local young girls were in them, and was Sandra Cantu's rape and or murder videotaped. How many OTHERS at that Clover Baptist building are connected with the Tracy 60.
-CONNIE LAWLESS. How many other child molests did you participate in/cover up?
-MEL OF ISSA'S CHILDREN - How many children (3 at current count) does she have and who were the breeding sires?

Blink - I felt like someone had punched me in the stomach today when I read that MH had made her plea deal.  What a tragic miscarriage of justice!!!  I hate seeing that pedomonster's face!!!  In light of the plea deal I am wondering if it could have anything to do with the Timothy Lawless case.  Do you know if his case has been heard yet and if so what was the outcome?  IIRC the gag order was placed shortly after we started trying to find out if they were related.  TIA for any info you may have.

Sandra was a student at Jacobson Elementary school in Tracy. It was said she played and made friends with the students in the special education programs they have there. This showed me she was a special little girl herself, an angel in life. It breaks my heart into a million pieces to think of her being taken from us.

I truly believe others knew of this crime and helped her cover it up. Whether or not they are also responsible for committing murder, I don't know.

I agree with everyone that has mentioned that video.  Those who have followed/read my posts (I hope at least some of them were informative) know that Sandra was a breaking point for me.  That video is near the top of the list of things I wish I had never seen, and I've seen a lot in my nearly 17 years of law practice.  It's burned into my mind forever.  But the silver lining for me is that Sandra empowered me to take my passion one, two, three, a hundred steps forward.  Seeing that child skip across the road and out of the eye of the camera, knowing her family would never see her again, is something that will haunt me forever.  But I need to turn that haunting, negative energy into positive energy.  I'm sure it's what Sandra would want.  So Sandra has given me the courage to follow a dream--a calling so to speak--to be a louder, more pronounced advocate for children.  The power and courage she's given me has enabled me to do what I am doing for Nevaeh Buchanan--another child that has taken a huge piece of my heart.  And I do mean huge.

God Bless Sandra, Nevaeh and all the little children who, for whatever reason, were dealt a bad, bad hand from an evil deck of cards.

JessStar, yes, Sandra has been a turning point in my life as well.  I recall as a young girl how many times I would skip around the yard and the neighborhood.  In my time, it was safe.  When I viewed the video of Sandra I could feel within the joy of skipping -- your heart does little extra beats and for brief moments you feel like you are suspended in air.  It's such a delicious feeling.  To know that from those moments of seeing her happy and carefree . . . to knowing she was skipping into evil is almost unbearable.  I can't understand fully why I am still feeling angry over the plea.  I am happy for the Cantu family, but I am angry that justice has not be fully applied.  Alas, possibly some justice on this earthly journey is better than no justice . . . and complete justice will only be delivered by God who knows all things and see all things.  I have comfort knowing Sandra, Nevaeh and others will no longer suffer any harm from any place.
