Where do these people slither out from - sorry this is disgusting - but just to show how these people think !~
"The man accused of kidnapping and murdering 7-year-old Xiana Fairchild in 1999 allegedly had a pattern of stalking Vallejo schoolgirls, according to Tuesday testimony in a San Jose courthouse.

In the day's most horrific revelation, a Vallejo police detective testified that a prison informant said Curtis Dean Anderson bragged that he had videotaped himself strangling Xiana as he sexually assaulted the drugged child -- before beheading her.

The testimony came on the second day of a preliminary hearing to determine if there's sufficient evidence to make Anderson, 44, stand trial for the kidnap-murder of Xiana. Anderson is charged with abducting her in Vallejo as she walked to school, and then sexually assaulting and killing her as she was held captive at his San Jose boardinghouse room before dumping her body in the Santa Cruz Mountains."

Just so you know, I have not forgotten about my pledge to prepare a letter to state, local, federal, whomever, for all to use, as I mentioned in a previous post.  I have it about 75% written.  I've been buried at work lately, so I've been very pressed for time.  But I will have it for you all.  I'm taking my time with it because I want to make sure it quickly grasps the reader's attention and doesn't get lost in the shuffle of the hundreds of other letters these people receive.  Right now, I'm leaning toward having two letters--one to send to the feds and one to state and local governments.  The reason is that I'd like to send a separate letter to the feds to make the point that Crimes Against Children are no longer a state or local matter.  They affect the entire country, and require the support of the federal government.  I venture to guess that most people, even the most conservative among us, would support federal intervention to prevent and solve such crimes.

I'll keep you posted on my progress.  Thanks for your patience!

Thanks Tracygirl.  It is the LEAST I can do in the face of these tragedies.  I need to find out what else I can do to try to make a difference.

—-Too many loose foreign objects floating around Tracy in my
opinion. Pretty soon there weren’t be enough judges to
issue enough gag orders to cover them up.

What is going on in this area of CA ???? Some sort of drugs - lack of consciousness or what ?????
Accused molester could face criminal grand jury by Justin Lafferty
May 06, 2009 Tracy Press

As prosecutors ponder convening a criminal grand jury, the attorney of a former Tracy substitute teacher accused of child molestation asked if some evidence taken during the investigation could be returned.

Deborah Fialkowski, representing Jessie Llorente III, the Kelly School teacher who was arrested in March, said a digital camera that was taken as evidence has pictures that her client’s mother would like back.

Fialkowski said Llorente’s mother, a kindergarten teacher, said that there are pictures on the camera’s memory card of her students and that she wants them returned for a school project. The request came during a five-minute hearing this morning at the Manteca courthouse.

“At the end of the year, they give each child a CD of things they did at Halloween and Valentine’s Day and things of that nature,” Fialkowski told Judge Ron Northup. “She would like to have at least the SIM card or something so she can prepare these for her children.”

Northup asked prosecutor Elton Grau if he was open to letting Llorente’s mother have at least a copy of the pictures. Grau said that he doesn’t exactly know how valuable the pictures are in regards to the case quite yet, declining to release them now. He’ll take a closer look at the pictures later, he said.

Later, Fialkowski said that the family’s laptop and other miscellaneous items were also taken in the course of the investigation.

In the hearing, Fialkowski asked that the preliminary hearing, originally scheduled for today, be moved to 8:30 a.m. June 2 in Manteca. She said that Grau intended to bring the case in front of a grand jury later this month, a claim Grau would not talk about.

Grau and Llorente agreed to the new date. Llorente said nothing else throughout the hearing but “Yes, sir,” to Northup’s question about the rescheduling.

Northup maintained bail at $1 million.

Llorente, who was arrested March 19, is in custody at San Joaquin County Jail at French Camp. The Tracy High alumnus faces 10 felony counts of lewd acts with a child, three misdemeanor counts of child molestation and one count of possessing child pornography. Tracy police, at the time of the arrest, said that he admitted to getting aroused when touching the hair and shoulders of girls he taught. They said he also admitted to possessing child pornography.

At Llorente’s last arraignment hearing, April 14, he pleaded not guilty.

Cantu Reward Goes to Farmworker
Thurs. May 7, 2009
TRACY, CA - The man who found the suitcase carrying the remains of Sandra Cantu was presented with a reward Thursday.

Jose Luis Franco, who spotted the luggage while working at a dairy farm irrigation pond April 6, said he was devastated to learn it held the missing 8-year-old. The Tracy girl was reported missing March 27. A neighbor, Melissa Huckaby, has been charged with Sandra's kidnapping, rape and murder.

The Carole Sund/Carrington Memorial Reward Foundation presented Franco with the $21,643 reward in a private ceremony Thursday. Tracy police said Franco was uncomfortable with the public presentation that had been planned.

Franco had wanted the funds to go Sandra Cantu's family but the reward was established in such a way that that wasn't possible, according to a foundation representative.

Franco told News10 previously that he planned to use the funds for his children's education.
