No that's fine lol.I know how it is.Everyone knows eachother so well and then you have a newbie come in and everyone is a little leary. But anything you need or want to know just ask.

I do not think I have ever been leary of a new poster, not conned by them yes, but never leary.  Welcome to the cage, I do hope that you branch out to other areas, would be interesting to hear your point of view on the Caylee case as you mention you read there too.  Lots of things going on over there the past few days.

When I first joined SM, I was very sad from my Mother's death.  It was the first forum I ever joined, I never had the time before.  Not excuses, just explanations of my frame of mine at the time.

I met some very dishonest people, got scammed and sucked in.  I trusted the wrong people.  One poster even posted a bunch of lies about a friend of mine........saying I told her the info.  It only back fired on that poster, because my friend told me what to tell her.  My friend has been around a long time and knew every one would know it was all lies and would make that person look like the liar she was.

I have learned the hard way for sure.  Now I only asscociate myself with decent people.  I have learned who they are now.

Sorry to hear of your mom's death. Some people do take advantage of people at times like that. But as i see now from this last day there is so much more to these forums then i really ever knew lol.Of course you build friendships with certain people because you share a common interest. But somehow it gets turned into something else and then people start to talk about people behind their backs and intimate details come out and then it's a mess.Oh what tangled webs people weave. Anyway glad to be here
