I used to Work for a Older Gentleman who capitalized Certain Words like you do...  He said they used to do that when they wrote Letters of Importance in the Olden Days   

Do tell...just what, exactly, are the olden days?  Coming from an Olden Monkey, Of Course   

Well first off I am not a Man, and second I do use caps within my posts .. why I do not know. And Yes I am from the Old school ..My Pops is almost 80 and he is my best friend and commentator .. things that are learned Buds Girl stick with you.

I do believe that Steel .. It depends though on the Person ..if they are Strong enough to not to opt out .. this is a basic rule of thumb that I speak. May it be for Career or otherwise ..

I read that in the context of marriage/relationship.  A rather cynical, if not true, interpretation of the human.  Those that will stray, will stray.  Those that will love, will love.

Just for instance - within your Job. Did you ever receive and option of a raise within the company - and yet have to change your position within the company and find out after the fact .. You would have been better off if you would have stayed where you were ..without the raise ..
But that Raise just gotcha .. so you did it ... come to find out it was not all that - and you found yourself even worse off ...after the fact.

Not quite as bad as the Steel Monkey.  Grew up in Dearborn (with a last name Ford no less) my whole life.  Retired to South Texas at the right time.  I miss Michigan though..

Who did??????  I miss the old days.  Snow, Autumn, Friends...you spend your whole life somewhere, and you miss it.  Thank God for DirecTV and the Detroit Red Wings.  I do not know what I would do without my hockey!
