A CORRUPT ARUBAN INVESTIGATION?  YOU BE THE JUDGE!

Dennis Jacobs immediately disregarded and distanced Beth Holloway's implication of Joran, Deepak and Satish and ... redirected focus in another direction.

Justice for Natalee Holloway was never a consideration!

BETH HOLLOWAY - MY STATEMENT

Loving Natalee: A Mother's Testament of Hope and Faith
by Beth Holloway

Page 76:  Detective Jacobs says he will only take my statement, not the others.

Page 77:   At what seems like one letter at a time, Jacobs types in Dutch what I say to him in English.  It's tedious.  Arduous. Downright painful.  It's a very, very, very slow process ...

I explain finding the car she was seen getting into parked at the van der Sloot home.  I review the dramatic encounter in the van der Sloot front year in the wee hours of Tuesday morning during which Joran described his sexual activites with Natalee as she was falling asleep and walking up.  Falling asleep and waking up.  How he described her as drunk.

Describing the reencactment that followed at the Holiday Inn, I relate how Deepak Kalpoe and Joran van der Sloot specifically showed me exactly where they left Natalee.  I give the names and include elaborate detailed physical descriptions of all those present for this demonstration.  I tell how Joran and Deepak said she stumbled and bumped her head, how she refused help from them and went inside the lobby.

For two hour I talk.  He types.  Jug comes in to check on me.  A little while later Jodi comes in, then leaves again.  I am still talking, and the detective is still typing.  I've been here for a total of four hours when we finally finish with my statement.

Page 79:  At the conclusion, Jacobs calls in another detective, a young uniformed officer, and gives him some verbal directions in Papiamento.  The young officer turns to me and begins to read my statement back to me, from Dutch to English.  When he gets to the last word he looks at me and asks, "Are these your words?'  And I respond in the affirmative.  But I am not allowed a copy.

DENNIS JACOB'S IMMEDIATE REACTION

Page 79:  Jug comes back to the little office as I unwide my legs from my arms to get up from the chair, prepareing to leave.  Jacobs makes a febble attempt to comfort us by saying, "you know ... she'll show up you should just go to Carlos 'n Carlie's and a crack addict will bring her back when she runs out of money."

Shocked.  I reply.  "Wait a minute.  The two young men who were last seen with her told us they left her at the hotel.  Remember?  I just gave you all that information.  How they droped her off.  How she bumped her head.  We just went over that!  Remember?  Besides, I already told you she doesn't have a debit card with her and I showed you all her cash.  It was in her bag.  Whoever has her isn't keeping her for the money."

A CORRUPT INVESTIGATION?  YOU BE THE JUDGE!

On the evening of the day that Natalee Holloway's mother gave her statement implicating Joran, Deepak and Satish ... Natalee's father was in Dennis Jacob's office.  However ... Dennis Jacob was redirecting the focus in other direction ... in other direction away from the three young men who were last been with the 18 year old American citizen ... in other direction away from the three young men who Jacobs already was aware lied about returning Natalee to the Holiday Inn..

Book Excerpt: Natalee Holloway's Father Speaks
Dave Holloway Describes His Struggle to Find His Missing Daughter
April 7, 2006

'Aruba: The Tragic Untold Story of Natalee Holloway and Corruption in Paradise'

When I arrived in Aruba with my family, we hit the island running. We rented a car and immediately headed out to find a police station. There were only four on the island and I was amazed to find that the first two we entered knew nothing about Natalee's disappearance. We were then directed to a third one, the Noord Police Station. I walked in and said, "I'm Dave Holloway, and I need to talk to you about my daughter who is missing." A man in the back stood up and said, "How much money do you have?" That was how I first met Detective Dennis Jacobs, the investigator who was assigned to handle Natalee's case after Beth made a report to him upon her arrival on the island. I thought his comment about money was odd, but I ignored it and just tried to talk to him about finding Natalee.

Jacobs painted a scenario that questioned all of the beliefs and values that we had instilled in Natalee. He insinuated that she had met someone and fallen in love. "This happens all the time. She will probably show up in a few days," he theorized. "She was just partying hard," he added. "Don't worry. Just go down to Carlos'n Charlie's and have a beer." It was June 1, 2005, our first evening in Aruba, my daughter was missing and a detective was telling us to go to a local bar and have a beer. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He said it was the hot spot for vacationing kids. "Maybe she will show up." In fact, he was so confident that she was just partying it up or on drugs that he told us this particular bar would be the best place to find her. However, he did warn us to watch our drinks very carefully, adding that sometimes people put drugs into them. When I talked about searching for Natalee, he questioned why we would want to do that.

He told us to go to Carlos'n Charlie's rather than the crack houses where he said that Beth's husband, Jug, and his friends had gone the night before. They went there due to information received from the police that a lot of the kids do drugs and party and that Natalee was probably with them. Jacobs told us that he had received reports that Jug's people were busting up the drug houses?  He didn't want us going there and stirring things up too. He said we should leave any searching to the police, and if we had reason to believe that Natalee was in a crack house, we should call him and he would check it out. He then told us that the government controlled the crack houses in order to keep the drug addicts off the streets and away from where tourists shop and dine.

Jacobs also told us that the day before we arrived, he had interviewed the boys who eventually became the three main suspects in Natalee's disappearance, Joran van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe, and his brother Satish. Beth had informed him of them after receiving information about videotapes taken from the security cameras outside of the Holiday Inn and in the hotel's casino. It had been determined that they were the last people to be seen with her. Jacobs considered the boys' statements to be consistent in that they had all said that they dropped Natalee off at the hotel. However, I did not realize at the time that Beth had already told him that the tapes did not show Natalee returning to the Holiday Inn that night.

Ok...if I'm reading this all right, the tie that already exists is Justin Solomon with 2 companies:

 - GPJ Holdings/Permian Assets

 - GeoTech Oil.
Have I got that right?

Justin Salomon is hooked up the Permian assets and he is hooked up to Geotech oil.
Geotech oil is the one we want to find out - if it is connected to Silvetti's UK company.

Seisma Oil Research -> Permian Asset management (they are oil brokers) with office in Aruba ->Lincoln Gomez on the board of directors
Seisma Oil Research LLC http://www.seismaresearch.com/ were added to the FSA's list of 'Unauthorised overseas firms operating in the UK' on 29 April 2008.
Seisma Oil Research partners with Evans Energy and EnerMax
Evans Energy is connected to Justin Solomon of Geotech, LLC Oil & Gas Co.

John Silvetti companies

I don't believe Peter DV has anything to worry about.  This is a scam run by Joran to get more money off the U.S. tv stations.  This Japp is using Natalee as well to make money off her.  I hope Beth's Dutch attorney will grab Joran and drag him to court to answer some long awaited questions.

THE JUNE 10TH CONFESSION

Could it be that either Joran, Deepak or Satish broke and revealed all but ... Paulus van der Sloot went into damage control behind the scenes and had the confession retracted?

Could it be that Paulus was not about to have Joran or himself implicated as participants in the happenings encompassing the morning of May 30, 2005?

Could it be that the Kalpoes must also be protected/silenced?  Think about it.  If these two go down ... they are not going to go down alone.  In all probability ... Deepak and Satish have the ability to point fingers at Joran, Paulus as well as the sons of the elite.

"We believe something went wrong with the girl, and the first person you are going to call is your daddy," said Tromp. "In this case, daddy would know exactly what to do."

Tromp, who declined to provide details about exactly what investigators believe happened to Holloway, said that Paul van der Sloot has also changed his account the night Holloway vanished.

"Why should you do that if you are telling the truth?" he said.

THE SONS OF THE ELITE

'Scarborough Country' - August 29, 2005

LISA DANIELS, GUEST HOST:  It definitely smells that way.  You know, if you take the prosecution‘s statement at its face, we are talking on a whole new level, the charges here.  We are talking about drugs.  We are talking about rape and we are talking about rape of many different people.  There are four guys now in custody, four best friends.  What does that tell you?

JOSSY MANSUR, EDITOR, “DIARIO”:   Well, what it tells me is that, really, these four guys are friends.  They belong to the same group, these party boys that go out and prey on young, unsuspected girls or other kinds of girls also that are out to have a good time, not suspecting what they‘re in for with these predators around.

And they are—they not only appear in photographs together, but I understand that Freddy lives very near to the Joran house.  So, there is a bond between them.  There is a group that they call themselves the pimps, in which all of these participate.

THE PHIL MCGRAW DEFAMATION LAWSUIT

I somehow think that the Skeeter tape may have been manipulated ... not edited.

Considering ... the disputed segment of the taped Skeeters' interview is at the foundation of the defamation lawsuit ... why would Phil McGraw's attorneys not just get a forensic report of the hard drive from the FBI.  If the tape is deemed not to have been manipulated to imply Deepak said something he did not ... then the Kalpoes loose.

I cannot comprehend why all the Aruban documents from the Natalee Holloway case file related to the Kalpoes are being requested.  This implies to me that Phil McGraw's attorney are attempting to find something else besides the Skeeters' tape that proves that the Kalpoes were not defamed.

The following words from the proscutors office as well the words of the spokesperson for the investigation indicate to me that Phil McGraw never defamed the Kalpoes.

Brothers arrested again in Aruba case
Two held on suspicion of acting with others in teen's rape, killing

(CNN) -- After being detained and then released last month in Natalee Holloway's disappearance, two brothers were arrested again Friday in Aruba on suspicion they acted "together with other people" in raping and killing the Alabama teen, the prosecutor's office said.

Without elaborating on the evidence, the office said in a statement that "new facts and circumstances" led them to re-arrest Satish Kalpoe, 18 and brother Deepak, 21.

"They are suspected of the primary criminal act of together with other people committing premeditated murder, alternately together with other people murdering somebody, more alternately rob a person of her liberty with fatal consequences and even more alternately raping somebody," the statement said.

"Aside from these suspicions against the two brothers, there are new suspicions, which at this point the prosecutor is not commenting on."

Mr. Cohen has been part of the Strategic Communications Task Force since its creation in June. He has a full knowledge of the case and is an associate of the Strategic Message Design Group that has served in an advisory capacity to both ATA and AHATA.

CARIBBEAN VOICE
Aruba stays afloat through Natalie Holloway’s investigation
Jan 18, 06 | 12:14 pm
By Hazel Heyer

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (eTurboNews) -- Serious sunshiny days and sun-kissed smiles are about to greet the Caribbean island of Aruba sometime soon. Tourism has been shattered by the case of a single incident of an Alabama girl missing since spring break of last year. Closure on the case of Natalee Holloway's disappearance seems imminent. The timeline drawn is about six to seven months from yesterday's announcement.

This, according to SMDG Consulting Team chairman Stephen Cohen, adviser to the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association (AHATA) and the Aruba Strategic Communications Task Force who spoke at the Caribbean Marketplace being held in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Cohen's team is tasked with bringing out the facts in the case and establishing a more orderly approach in dealing with the media in a crisis situation. A seasoned television news expert from CBS, Cohen has been part of the SMDG team since the beginning of the investigations.

If current findings are true, Cohen said they are going to accelerate their efforts. Extensive search for forensic evidence continues. Yesterday, 50 members of the Aruban police department searched extensively through the dune by the lighthouse in search for clues. "Anything DNA that is identified to be of Natalee's will allow us to bring a strong case forward against the three boys. We are also getting to finally talk to some of the Alabama teens who left on that plane and did not wait around for interrogation," said Cohen.

Aruba believes it is most important to get a hold of her mental state and most importantly, Natalee's physical state at the time of disappearance. "Two of the boys said they had consensual sex with her. Whether consensual or not, depends on her ability to be conscious and make a choice," said Cohen …

A REMINDER

2007

THE OCEAN SEARCH FOR NATALEE HOLLOWAY

In mid December of 2007 a crew of Americans on board a vessel named The Persistence begins a search for Natalee Holloway's remains in the waters off Aruba.  On Christmas Day a discovery is made while sonar scanning the ocean floor.  The discovery was a large fish trap.  On December 29th an ROV is ultilized to capture images of what is contained within.

Kyle Kingman, the ROV operator and remote analysis on board the Persistence, came to the conclusion that Natalee Holloway's remains may have been placed within that trap.

However, on a December 30, 2007, Aruban divers claimed that their investigation revealed there was nothing related to the Natalee Holloway case inside the trap.

John Silvetti, the Project Lead on board the Persistence, accepted the words of the Aruban divers unconditionally.

In His Own Words

Kyle Kingman:   I found the trap on 1:45am Christmas morning. I got the OK to begin our ROV dive series for the 29th, so I made it our first dive. We got visual of the fish trap and that it was suspicious. Basically, the fish trap door was open and there appeared to be a skull and torso-shape in sand on the door inside the trap Reviewing the 29-Dec video I noticed the torso shape in sand had a 90 degree angle and that the sand was supported from falling through the bottom of the trap, which was slightly excavated by currents. I proportioned out the distance from the top of the head, to shoulder, to that 90 degree angle and it was a match to Natalee's photo of her standing -head, to shoulder, to the end of her denim skirt. I showed TM the proportional match and the possibility of a skirt under the sand.

Kyle Kingman:  On the morning of the 30th we met on board the Persistence with Hans Mos, Richardson, and the rest of the police brass and dive division. I showed them all the 29th dive video and they agreed that it was very suspicion and looked promising.

Kyle Kingman: Later that day 30-Dec we conducted the dive with the Aruban divers along with our own Tim Trahan.

Kyle Kingman: What you can't see is immediately before Tim approached the trap opening, a large skate stirred up sediment reducing visibility.

Kyle Kingman:  When Tim T. gives one thumb down, he said that it was inconclusive.  He couldn't tell by his own admission.

Kyle Kingman:  The Arubans told us there wasn't anything of interest in the trap based on the visual-only inspection.

Kyle Kingman:  John (Silvetti) is not a believer in the trap. He took ALE's word as gospel that it wasn't case related, yet never studied the videos or bothered to inquire further. He had plans on doing business with Aruba and in S. America and he didn't want to hurt any feelings by talks hinting at lack of complete trust and friendship. I did not feel the same and we had a major difference in opinion. He was the one who never pressed ALE to be completely open with us with the trap evidence. I would have forced them to. However, John was the one paying my invoices so I was forced to sit back and hope for the best.

A REMINDER

2008

THE RECOVERY DIVE

On January 7, 2008 Aruban divers sampled and recovered the contents of the large fish trap disovered with sonar on the ocean floor off the coast of Aruba on Christmas Day, 2007 by the ROV operator and remote analyst on board the Persistence.

The crew of the Persistence were not involved in the recovery process ... only the Arubans.

________

In His Own Words

Kyle Kingman: The Persistence had no divers on the 7th. Tim Trahan was our diver on the 30th-Dec, but he was out of the country at the time. The Aruban divers were on the police boat, dove from their boat, and returned to their boat.

Kyle Kingman: They were immediately whisked away by the Aruban police and not seen of again by us on the 7th

Kyle Kingman:  The bags were deliberately placed there after the divers sampled the contents. The bags were removed just after the ROV got out of the way when the divers took the samples to their boat.... and took off.

Kyle Kingman: I get done in the survey room backing up the ROV dive and head to the back deck to talk to the Polis divers and see what they sampled and see the Polis boat way in the distance heading away fast. John doesn't seem concerned at all, but I am very dissapointed, concerned, and burning inside because I have a feeling that I/we will never know what they took from the trap. That evening I talked to John asking when we plan on recovering the trap. Previously this was part of the talks and plan, but this time he doesn't seem concerned about ever looking into the trap further. After John verbally BASHED me about the trap for what I said to Tim Miller about the sand body-form and that I believed her skirt was under the sand, John pretty much committed himself to the belief the trap wasn't what we were after. This shocked me because it was exactly what we were looking for- a fish trap lost at sea with human remains.

Kyle Kingman:  I personally was extremely uncomfortable with the chain of custody, being that we weren't a part of it, but I was powerless to do anything about it. The samples were photographed in detail by one Aruban diver and the other two investigated the contents of the trap, the dimensions, the rigging, and what surrounded the trap. From the video, it looked like they did a diligent and careful job with the samples and the underwater photography. I don't know who has these pictures, but I must assume ALE.

I have rounded up Ducky and our little laughing girl and I am spitting ...

Neighbours have purchased a new game recommended by their grown daughter.  I hate learning new games when there is a Scrabble board handy but ... hubby said that I have to be more flexible.  I am still laughing at that remark.
