I can remember growing up and often hearing people say 'yous guys' ... but only in a joking manner. Not every day talk.

1.  yous guys  29 up, 6 down   
 Yous guys are all wrong. Yous guys is a northeast phrase (often used by jersey girls and long islanders) meaning you guys. The extra 's' is not silent and is added for no reason whatsoever.

Please delete my previous post.  I really messed up in my explanation.

Bottom line.  ohCanada and Carnut use the word "you's" differently from the examples in the Urban dictionary.  The Urban Dictionary usage is followed by a noun.

Somehow I do not believe that ohcanada is Carnut.  They just happen to use the work "you's" in the same sentence structure.
