If it is "newsworthy" for Jamie Skeeters, it is for Dr. Phil as well so there goes any claim to invasion of privacy.

And Skeeters has already said the content was not altered so I have to think this is very good news for Dr. Phil and his team for sure!  But then I always thought they would have settled if they weren't really sure of their case.  That's what usually happens but they didn't settle so that means to me they are certain they will win and it will be worth the fight.

I think the comment on page twelve is clear evidence that the court does not believe the Kalpoes have presented sufficient evidence of alteration.  The court refers to the Kalpoe's copy of the recording somwhat ambiguous.

Great. How long do I have to start working to get rid of my fears of high rises? Last time I flew, it was in a sea plane from Catalina. It took 4 black russians and I don't mean humans

For you lawyers out there -- can the Plaintiffs simply drop a case after 2 years and walk away without sanctions or being charged "attorney fees" for the defendants??

Wreck,

I am not a lawyer but I don't see how that could be OK to just drop it at this late date after costing the Plaintiff's a ton of money.  Couldn't they turn around and sue for frivilous lawsuit for sure in that case?

What is going to be funny is when the supporters of the Kalpoes just disappear when it becomes a bit more obvious this is going no where.

I do wonder if they will leave the infamous K2 holding the bag completely.  My guess would be that they will do just that.

I think that's why they want to get to the bottom of who is supporting the Kalpoes because if the brothers K get left holding the bag, since they have nothing, it would be hard to collect for sanctions, etc.

Dr Phil's team needs to prove who backed them financially in this so that those parties can be held responsible for compensation to Plaintiffs.
