Looks like Skeeter's (estate) is off the hook.  One down and one to go.  Will be very hard for Deepak to show injury when he claimed, before the broadcast, that his life was empty.

No evidence, presented,  that Skeeters altered the tapes.  And we all know what Skeeters said was on the tapes.

I guess not presenting any documentation asked for isn't working too well so far.  Payday for these dirtbags is getting further and further away.  Poor Paulus isn't getting his payoff either.

One of the filings, by Dr. Phil, was for names of the people backing K2.

I also tend to think this same logic will apply to the claims against Dr. Phil program as well.

Nope, not looking good for the Kalpoes.  I also think ATA/AHATA not only backed but promoted this little venture as well as most of the problems caused in this entire disaster.

Buckeye ... the issue is if Phil McGraw manipulated the recording to indicate that Deepak stated something he did not.

One way or the other ... Karin Janssen implicated Deepak as a participant in a gang rape.

(CNN) -- After being detained and then released last month in Natalee Holloway's disappearance, two brothers were arrested again Friday in Aruba on suspicion they acted "together with other people" in raping and killing the Alabama teen, the prosecutor's office said.

Without elaborating on the evidence, the office said in a statement that "new facts and circumstances" led them to re-arrest Satish Kalpoe, 18 and brother Deepak, 21.

"They are suspected of the primary criminal act of together with other people committing premeditated murder, alternately together with other people murdering somebody, more alternately rob a person of her liberty with fatal consequences and even more alternately raping somebody," the statement said.

"Aside from these suspicions against the two brothers, there are new suspicions, which at this point the prosecutor is not commenting on."

Interesting reading.  I call it a "slapdown" from the judge. 

I guess Deepak, Satish, and Aruba (AHATA) just doesn't understand our justice system.  Monkey Devil! Monkey Devil!

The original filing accused both Phil and Skeeters of manipulating the tape/DVD.  The DVD was placed into evidence.  There is the issue of editing, for the show.  But, there was no evidence the DVD was manipulated.  Skeeters already said what was on it...and supposedly, the NFI, had the "original" and the NFI supposedly stated it was altered.  No statement from NFI must have been submitted.  Wonder why.....
