ORANGE COUNTY, Fla -- In the case against Casey Anthony, the law firm representing Zenaida Gonzalez in a defamation lawsuit against Casey wants a judge to force Cindy to answer questions and to pay for their costs.

Friday, the law firm filed a motion to compel Cindy Anthony to answer whether Casey ever used Cindy's credit cards without her permission.


Cindy refused to answer the question in the first deposition. Gonzalez is suing Casey, because she claimed a babysitter with the same name kidnapped Caylee.

A judge will take hear the issue on May 21.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla -- In the case against Casey Anthony, the law firm representing Zenaida Gonzalez in a defamation lawsuit against Casey wants a judge to force Cindy to answer questions and to pay for their costs.

Friday, the law firm filed a motion to compel Cindy Anthony to answer whether Casey ever used Cindy's credit cards without her permission.


Cindy refused to answer the question in the first deposition. Gonzalez is suing Casey, because she claimed a babysitter with the same name kidnapped Caylee.

Did I read somewhere that there was a mattress of some kind found in KC car?  Lilke a  blow up mattress that would easily be small enough to fit in the trunk?

Good afternoon, Monkey!  Just popping in a minute to share something.  I was up late last night into early this a.m. with our child.  I woke late to a perfectly quiet house.  Thinking our child was playing in her room, I headed that way, not.  No child there!  I headed through the house, yelling progressively louder as I started to get angry (thinking someone was playing hide 'n seek and being funny not answering me).  Anger quickly became mounting panic, as I searched, screaming by now.  I paused in the kitchen, trying to decide whether to run around the outside of the house screaming and searching first (in case our child had decided to "help" our next door neighbor in her flower bed) or just call 911.  All I knew was my child was there at 6:00 a.m. and totally gone without a trace at 8:30!  Then, the still small voice of God told me to look for a note.  Minus my contacts and glasses, I fumbled around a few seconds until I found it!  My dear spouse (knowing I was up late/early) took our child to work, so I could get some rest. 

There is ABSOLUTELY no way, Casey Anthony would not have called Cindy & George and 911!  There's no way she wouldn't have called her boyfriend and best friends and oprganized a search party...ABSOLUTELY NO WAY!  I felt sick for quite a while afterwards and I knew where she was and who she was with.  Definitely one of the worst experiences of my life!

My spouse was completely apologetic, brought our child home, and stayed for about an hour (I think to make sure I was alright).
 

I had something similar happen when one of my sons was about 4 yrs old. I had been painting the living room and had taken the night chain off the door. The door was ajar. We had just gotten a new boat and it was parked in the carport. I got up before daylight and checked on the kids. He was gone.....My screams woke up the whole family and the neighbors. I ran outside and down the driveway squalling the whole time. We were all looking when I thought to look in the boat. He was asleep on the seat with our siameese cat that had gone out with him. My knees were weak for days after that. I think my actions were pretty normal for a mom with a missing kid. JMO

I think that is what is was, I don't remember it being in the car, but that doesn't mean Casey didn't use it in the car for some reason or another. Scared to sleep alone my azz, frankly I would be scared to sleep in a room with Cindy

One more thought really quick...thinking about the pic of Casey and Caylee on Tony Lazzario's cell phone.  Do we know when that pic was taken?  Was is taken during the time Casey was telling Cindy/her friends that Caylee was with Zanny?   If so...BUSTED!

Also, if Zanny the Nanny took Caylee and killed her and brought her back to the A's house (as Casey , Cindy, George, and Lee would have us believe), how did Zanny (who's never been to the house) know where to find Caylee's blanket, Casey's stickers (in the botom of her dresser, in a closed box), the trash bags in the garage, and the buried laundry bag in the garage (LE said they found the second one inside a bin in the garage)?  Also, why did Casey buy a new matching blanket/comforter, using Cindy's credit card, at JC Penney?  How, when, why did Zanny tell Casey to buy this particular item?

According to Cindy it was to be in the car in case the girls had a sleepover.  Cindy thought it was at Zanny's when she did not find it in the car after they recovered the car.  I am sure Casey said she left it at Zanny's as Caylee SUPPOSEDLY stayed there and when she went to pick her up Zanny would not give Caylee back.  Cindy then later called police when she found the mattress hidden in the back of a closet in the house.

CC -- that is too funny. When I see that I imagine Cindy jumping on the couch and saying "I'm in love with Dominic Casey and I'm ready to tell the whole world!" Meantime, Georgie just sits there and grins.

Yep,she slept on it in her mom's bedroom.I think she slept with a teddy bear.
