It's okay right now Fanny, I took a pain pill around 12:45 and it seems to still be working. I did wake up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep because it hurt so bad. Then when I finally fell asleep, it was time to get up.  So I am pretty beat today.

I think John Morgan should depo him, even if over the phone. I bet he could answer if they were looking for a Zenida in that house.

Jim, a ex-cop friend from Ohio (Warren, if memory serves).   These sworn statements by Ron & Tracey will be rather interesting.   A few points being is that Casey disclosed to Ron in the truck on the way to one of her meetings the entire new "Zanny the Nanny" story saying she was knocked down & Caylee was taken at JBP with Zanny's sister and two other children present in broad daylight.   Tracey overheard things in that house, including George blowing a gasket toward Casey demanding to know what happened to his granddaughter.

JSM, rest your foot this weekend. I'm beat today also, took a zrytec for allergies, just woke up drooling here by my computer, note to self, never take a zrytec again  Hope I didn't miss much while I was out

So what's this about both George and Cindy both getting hauled back in to answer deposition questions? I thought that they decided they'd gotten enough out of George but knew Cindy would probably be back in.

Also, whatever happened to them trying to get answers out of Lee? Are they just going to let him get away with refusing to answer? You'd think that since his deposition was first, they would have already tried to get him back.

Sorry if all this has been addressed. I've been reading as fast as possible since I was so behind, so I may have missed something.

I concur, more likely an attorney that cannot appear for a scheduling hearing - possibly a key party to a particular motion previously filed.

You are probably right. There is a Warren near Niles. They are both in Trumbull County.
