Oh sure Trimm, blame it on Sassy and me      The tool mark expert, could be for the cutting of the duct tape, match up what the duct tape was cut with. But the firearm expert, well I know what they do, but can't figure out how this works in this case. I can't imagine a firearm was used, I would be extremely shocked by that.

No Rose, I read it wrong, this must be one person not two. So he/she is a firearm/toolmark expert (trained in both specialties). This is just JSM's guess.

You are probably right about the duct tape cutting. Scissors are a tool, therefore tool expert.

I'm mixed up, I don't know if it is one person or two people. But the firearm expert, I got to thinking about the gun that was in George's car, we watched it on the cam, when LE came and took it.

No Rose, I don't think his gun would have any bearing on the states case. Didn't he buy the gun and leave it in his trunk after KC got out on bail? If so, unless they were filing charges against George for having the gun. I hope this makes sense, JSM just took a pain pill.

Can I have one also  But I wondered if George had any other guns in the house as well.

New state witnesses: firearm and toolmark expert. What is this all about 

I don't know,but that made me a little sick. 

What ?   I don't get it....

The state is using an expert witness that specializes in firearms and/or toolmarks, could be scissors that cut the tape, a tire iron, or a gun. I personally believe it is probably scissors that cut the tape like No Rose just brought up.

Definately possible, I am entertaining the possibility that it may have to do with extraction of the bones from the dirt.

    So this person could explain marks on the bones that could have been made from the shovels/picks while they were digging? This person would refute testimony from Baez's "experts" that would probably say there was trauma on the bones, etc, when really the marks were made while digging? I am not a smart monkey tonight. There was a bullet casing or shell, found at the scene, I'm sure I read that in a doc dump. But that could have been there and has nothing to do with this case.
