Thanks PinkAngel & Trimm, of course it is my son's birthday and we'll be celebrating all weekend.  Looks like lots of late nights ahead for Lovinlife (I almost typed lovin  ).  I hope these docs have lots of good stuff.  I can't wait to read LP's crew's interviews.  And yes, where are jb's depo transcripts? 

LP and crew's are the ones I wanna see too...and the surveillance pictures from Amscot!  Yep....wanna see those depos that BJ took as well!!

Fla. Lawyer Disbarred For Sex With Client

TALLAHASSEE, Fla -- A lawyer who let a female client work off her fee through sex has been disbarred by the Florida Supreme Court.

The justices Thursday cited James Harvey Tipler's guilty plea to solicitation to prostitution as one of several instances of professional misconduct.

Tipler admitted having sex with his 18-year-old client and another woman in exchange for credits toward her $2,300 fee for handling a Bay County assault case, the justices wrote.

He agreed to take off $200 every time he had sex with her and $400 when she arranged sex with another woman.

The justices also found in other cases he altered evidence, caused a witness to give false testimony, charged excessive fees and stole clients' money.

Casey Anthony case: MThe State Attorney's Office is expected to release hundreds ofpages of documents Friday in the case against Casey Anthony.

The investigative documents will include law enforcement interviews with witnesses and lab reports.

Public records laws require the state to release information prosecutors provide to the defense. The State Attorney's Office has already turned over this information to Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez.

Thousands of pages of documents, hundreds of photos and other images and several sets of videos already have been made public by the State Attorney's office.
More documents expected to be released Friday
Anthony, 23, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony. The remains of the toddler were found Dec. 11 less than a mile from the Anthony family home after a nearly six-month search for her.

Casey Anthony told investigators she left her daughter with a babysitter in June and they disappeared. Casey Anthony was already under indictment -- and in jail -- when her daughter's body was recovered.
