I agree.  Just because the evidence is not there for drugs, Caylee could have also died from suffocation. But if the SA has brought back the DP, there has to be some type critical evidence that proves she did this.

Cappy, what do you think?

I have to believe they have something because it was quoted as them saying "we've got her" so the State must have something compelling, but the hair samples were to degraded to pick up chloroform & evidently the above mentioned drugs - 6 months before remains were found, dam shame.

Good morning everyone!  I'm not Cappy, but I completely agree Smile  They have to have something that we haven't seen yet! I hope whatever it is gets released today!

oh, I'm not saying she won't be convicted. I believe she will.

Just saying it's a shame to not have cause of death -- an important puzzle piece. It makes me mad all over agian that slore let her lay out there in the woods for six months.

I'm sure LE has a solid theory as to COD and evidence to back it up.

Is there a record of a psychologist for the defense coming to see her at jail.  Terry Lenamon (sp) elluded that she was Bipolar, and now this possible theory of Ugly Coping.  When a person has PTSD, they will show emotion and need intensive therapy.  Where are the therapists that are coming to access her and treat her?  There are varying degrees of PTSD, but for a person to go into shock and not be able to grieve is extreme.  But I believe, that she would have gone into a Fugue state, which would mean that she had little affect, emotion and she would not have been able to dance and party.  I once had a client that went into a fugue state because of traumatic abuse.  This individual seemed he was in a transe.

I agree with you, goodnmad! She's going down, but I really wish they had solid evidence on the specifics of cause of death.

But wait... MAYBE there was testing done for Chloroform at a different lab... remember Baden did say "they did find chloroform in the baby's hair"

This says from the remains, but does not mention the death band hair  found in Casey's trunk by the article.
