Cecybeans, that was a very interesting post.  Makes one wonder about the possible connections around Orlando area.  I have always wondered about the kidfinders and their "foundation".  Those people spend all day long looking for ways not to work for their money and they are best friends with the Anthonys.  Slime as far as I am concerned.  When do they actually look for children?  All they seem to do is collect donations and find ways to scam people.  Would be interesting if all of these people are connected in some way.  I am sure they are professionals at eluding and dodging the truth.  JMO of course.

Although I would LOVE to see Morgan ask DC when he ever gets around to giving him a depo if he also had a contract with KFN.  Cindy almost fell over herself saying they were just "witnesses" to their contract with the PI.  Heck, he already had 3 different contracts - Baez, KC and her parents.  What would one more be?

What the Milsteads of KFN and others are not "getting" is the Anthonys are merely using them & actually could care less about them, these individuals only serve a purpose at the moment to the Anthonys - they will be disgarded just like so many before them.  If the Anthonys get charged you can bet they wont raise a unibrow before pinning whatever on any & everyone else to get the heat off them.

Note:   I could care less about the Milsteads feelings getting wounded, they are bottomfeeders with twisted minds as far as Im concerned.  I do hope they get what is coming to them & whoever else for scamming the public, ripping them off or aiding in helping the Anthonys cover up for Casey.

I think they have found their soulmates.  To me, it seems like a one hand washing the other routine.  The Milsteads seem like they are already adept at exploiting families of missing kids in various ways for their own purposes.  I was just hoping we could find even more evidence of financial embroilment by KFN in all of this.  The Ants may be using KFN as a conduit to funnel media deals in a no-tax way.   And may be paying a small finders fee for them to manage the process.  This whole money trail smells worse than a squirrel pizza if you ask me.

I have a question regarding the Sunshine Laws.  Does everything have to be given to the Defense and Public before trial?  If and what could be held back until trial.  Thank you very much for any help,

A brief explanation:  Discovery is not turned over to the public per se.   Florida's very liberal interpretation of the Sunshine Law provides media outlets or individuals access via request after it is filed & turned over to opposing sides.  The defense also has to turn over their discovery prior to trial.  Discovery such as protecting a minor, psy evaluations, autopsy results and others may be sealed until trial upon a judge's decision after hearing a filed motion.

I would only add to Capp's post that it also depends as to how the discoverable item came into evidence. For example, the evidentiary intake procedures as they relate to discovery differ between OCSO and the FBI. Also, if it was presented to the Gran Jury, you will not see it before trial.
