Who wanted judge in pocket by helping Joran??

Anyone out there, Please list who are THE POSSIBLE SUSPECTS FOR THE FOLLOWING SCENARIO, immediately following the murder:

Some criminal associate of Joran wanted to "own" a judge. When Joran came to him, the accomplice was hesitant to help at first. But after a few minutes of thought, realized that in his line of work (crime), a judge in his pocket would come in real handy some day. Joran had likely joked about and bragged about his "powerful" father "the judge".

A real gangster, or a lowly "wannabee" like Freddy would have been wise to seize upon this opportunity. I think that if Joran knew the network of crime on the island, he would have known who to go to for help, bragging that his father could pull strings.

The gangster will be hard to identify, but the liar who loaned Joran his cell phone to make the call, who is lying to help Joran and the gangster might be deduced if anyone knows enough clues.

Any ideas?
