Thanks to all for the Sentinel article [ really says a lot, doesn't it ? - absolutely unreal & I see that his female employee plays " the Hispanic chip-on-the- shouder " card also ] .. ; And thanks for the Geraldo At Large video.  It still wreaks of major conflict of interest on Dr. Baden's part for him to offer any opinons regarding this case.

I just read the story on Baez...what a perfect person to fit in the A's.  The biggest pet peeve for me with him is not paying child support.  Then all the other of his stuff falls behind that.  I guess he can sympathize with Casey not wanting to be a parent, huh??  He didn't want to take care of his child either.  What scum.  Did you notice Baez goes by J.A.B.  Jab, isn't that the name of those funny cartoons Jab Jab that do parodox of the president and stuff?

Hi cece...no I didn't take offense at all.  But I do think Baez is heading towards that direction.  I even notice in that article out about Baez, it refers to him as being 'the first hispanic' and I just wonder why he keeps referring to himself like that.

There were alot of things found near or at the scene. Do you remeber that guy's wallet? That was an empty lot, people dumped their garbage there. Some was blown in. If they checked the lot on the other side of the street, there would be many curious objects too.

I read alot. Quite a bit of it is about real crimes and trials. Casey won't be taking the stand, Baez will have to give the reasons and state her case for her. She is unlikeable. So is her family, Geo, Cindy and Lee. If the jury takes a dislike to Baez and the dream team he has assembled, they are less likely to believe anything he says. 
Same goes for the prosecution. The only thing Casey has going for her is
people, including both Grunds who say that she was a good Mom to Caylee.
No one ever saw her abuse Caylee. Even when Caylee was at Tony's she made sure that the kiddo ate. Sleeping in the same bed with Ricardo and taking Caylee to parties was her way of trying to live a life as a single person without a paid babysitter but it isn't abuse.
As far as history, I can think of two cases, Neil Entwhistle ( sp ) and Scott Peterson
where there were pictures of seemingly loving and normal people before the crimes yet they were convicted. Amber Frey did Scott in and internet porn and flight did Neil in.
