the interesting thing(and also the very complicated thing) about this family for the lawless roofing company in grants pass oregon is:

there are several lawless children whose mother's maiden name is mitchell.  some of them belong to thomas mat lawless and grace marie miranda mitchell.  they are born from kansas to colorado to fresno cali.  fresno is also where I find a gerald d lawless, and we have a gerald d lawless who married luanne; this gary d lawless married luanne is the son of richard birdette and better june grimes, aunt and uncle of CLL. 

now the other lawless/mitchell children are born in alameda, which is bay area cali and not really all that far from napa where we have our gary d lawless who marries timothy's mother. 

we also have an officer gary d lawless in fresno. 

so I am still working on seeing how all of these people connect.  I believe I have two lawless brothers in the grants pass household, and either all of the lawless/ mitchell children belong to the same father and mother, which would be thomas mat lawless and grace mitchell, or we have another lawless brother who married another mitchell girl who had kids in alameda.  thomas and grace's kids are in kansas, colorado and fresno cali.. so who are they lawless/mitchell alameda kids?  did they also live there? or are some of these kids belong to another lawless / mitchell marriage?  so I will try to get more work done on this today also.

okay going to go over and finish reading the amber dubois case.  I find that case very strange from what I have read so far, and it seems like another one of those weird cali cases; which I am very interested in.  Cali has some real problems with abductions by more than one person and this might be one of them. so I need to go finish reading up on that, then I will get back here.

I understood your post about the Burbank connections in the HVAC issue for Brian Lawless.
Couple Questions:

So you have 2 different Connie names associated with the Burbank address tied to Brian.

But where does the Gary Gomes come into play, how did you tie him in?

I didn't really, I was just checking the state contractors license board site and decided to search for businesses listed to Gomes and I saw the Gary and then the Lane... odd that someone with that name would also have a contractors license... they all seem to be into HVAC or Roofing, or just general contracting, but do they really conduct business?

Blink, I hope you and your family have a beautiful weekend as well.  I am going to look for a few names "associated" and give post numbers so folks like you and DD and others can check the data bases.  Also going to start a list of SO and then again let others with data bases make connections.  I'm good with remembering names, but alas, this old brain ain't the data base it once was.
But in the meantime, let us all remember why we have the freedom to even be posting here and the freedom to even mention aloud our opinions.

DD, I was wondering if we have any insight on Mrs. Judy lawless(Purks) family?
I haven't had time to go through the threads and the ones I have it doesn't seem
to be in relation to what i am interested in.
My interest is in Judys background as far as family genetics/history. Would like
to get into the cognitive behavior of their background a little.
If it is irrelevant, then disregard my post.
I am thinking more towards the mother/daughter
relationship in relation to Melissa when she was a child. It seems to appear there
is a control issue going on with Melissa in regards to her vindictive behavior.
I might be out of line, if so please do tell..lol

ELK CITY - George Andrew Lawless, 80, longtime resident of Elk City, died April 19, 2005, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Moline. The Rev. Sixtus YeMyint will officiate.

A memorial has been established with Howard Twilight Manor. Contributions may be left with Zimmerman Funeral Home of Howard.

Lawless was born Feb. 22, 1925, in Moline, to Ethel and Andrew Lawless. He attended school and grew to manhood in the Moline and Elk Falls area. He entered the United States Air Force during World War II and served his country in the Pacific theater. After the war, he lived in Oregon and was employed in the petroleum industry until the early 1950s.

He married Faye Eleanor Downs at Eureka Springs, Ark. They made their home at several locations in Kansas while Lawless was employed in highway construction. They made their home in Elk City in 1959.

Lawless was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Moline. He was preceded in death by his wife and two stepdaughters, Donna Ray Kill and Nadine Denton.

He is survived by a son, Ron Lawless, Moline; two stepsons, Ed Huntington, Bentley, and Bob Huntington, Tulsa; a stepdaughter, Betty Jordan, El Dorado; a brother, Bob Lawless, Conway Springs, Ark.; a sister, Martha  Lawless Spitler, Las Vegas; two grandchildren and several stepgrandchildren.
