Maudie Gilmore in the above.  Maudie Gilmore is listed as an owner on LAWLESS ROOFING out of redding and oregon.  NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH national roofing with CLL and sister in law Browning with jeff olson.

so if barbara lawless is his sister, she must be NEE/BAKER
and his wife sherry baker is NEE HUGHES(wonder if that is same family Hughes family who CCL's daughter Joni marries into?)

he is an avid race fan and from IDAHO.

hmmm good info.  when I get time I will figure out more from this.

What is going on in this area of CA ???? Some sort of drugs - lack of consciousness or what ?????
Accused molester could face criminal grand jury by Justin Lafferty
May 06, 2009 Tracy Press

As prosecutors ponder convening a criminal grand jury, the attorney of a former Tracy substitute teacher accused of child molestation asked if some evidence taken during the investigation could be returned.

Deborah Fialkowski, representing Jessie Llorente III, the Kelly School teacher who was arrested in March, said a digital camera that was taken as evidence has pictures that her client’s mother would like back.

Fialkowski said Llorente’s mother, a kindergarten teacher, said that there are pictures on the camera’s memory card of her students and that she wants them returned for a school project. The request came during a five-minute hearing this morning at the Manteca courthouse.

“At the end of the year, they give each child a CD of things they did at Halloween and Valentine’s Day and things of that nature,” Fialkowski told Judge Ron Northup. “She would like to have at least the SIM card or something so she can prepare these for her children.”

Northup asked prosecutor Elton Grau if he was open to letting Llorente’s mother have at least a copy of the pictures. Grau said that he doesn’t exactly know how valuable the pictures are in regards to the case quite yet, declining to release them now. He’ll take a closer look at the pictures later, he said.

Later, Fialkowski said that the family’s laptop and other miscellaneous items were also taken in the course of the investigation.

In the hearing, Fialkowski asked that the preliminary hearing, originally scheduled for today, be moved to 8:30 a.m. June 2 in Manteca. She said that Grau intended to bring the case in front of a grand jury later this month, a claim Grau would not talk about.

Grau and Llorente agreed to the new date. Llorente said nothing else throughout the hearing but “Yes, sir,” to Northup’s question about the rescheduling.

Northup maintained bail at $1 million.

Llorente, who was arrested March 19, is in custody at San Joaquin County Jail at French Camp. The Tracy High alumnus faces 10 felony counts of lewd acts with a child, three misdemeanor counts of child molestation and one count of possessing child pornography. Tracy police, at the time of the arrest, said that he admitted to getting aroused when touching the hair and shoulders of girls he taught. They said he also admitted to possessing child pornography.

At Llorente’s last arraignment hearing, April 14, he pleaded not guilty.

OH but Jessstar these child molesters must be treated fairly and equally! Don't you know that? If not, then there is a very troubled poster on the Tracy Press site that will set you straight!

The old man apparently is not that old if he is molesting children, kwim? If we can't send him to prison because it would be a life sentence, then how about a tattoo on his forehead? Just a though! I think our founding fathers honestly didn't mean to be so narrow minded with this equal rights business! But that is another argument.

Lone, the Cemetery according to Yahoo maps is called Tokay Heights Cemetery. I phoned the historical society and no one knew anything about it. I can't find any information to be honest. I think it is a closed cemetery because there is no contact information or link to anything about it. So I don't know, I got stuck.

I don't even think this was one of the 60 investigated or at least that is not how he got arrested. Some very smart little girls at a school in Tracy told their parents they were creeped out by this man, the parents had enough sense to contact the school who contacted police.
What is so maddening about this case is he admitted to it, said he had porn, said he gets aroused by touching the shoulders and hair of young children, then he pleads not guilty! WTH?
The kids in his mother kindergarten class, what must those parents think? Their pics were on the camara and this man had access to the camera?

If that is Tokay Cemetery in Josephine County Oregon I have quite a bit of it indexed.  Long story but my former FIL was in Coos Bay Oregon and he was really into Genealogy and drove around indexing cemeteries and taking pictures of headstones.  What names are we looking for?  BTW I have a lot of cemeteries on CD so if there are others you want me to look up let me know.

I scratched my head when I read this as well.  Father Tubman is on my list to keep searching.  I hate it when they change names in mid-stream.

Northern Rose, please do me a fave and read it again, I read it 7x and I think the brothers name is never mentioned and the Uncle is Rev Brokaw? Do we know how old Carroll was when he died in 1906.

Thanks Tracy for looking into this!
I think it's interesting and can be kept on the back burner!

Maudie Gilmore in the above.  Maudie Gilmore is listed as an owner on LAWLESS ROOFING out of redding and oregon.  NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH national roofing with CLL and sister in law Browning with jeff olson.

so if barbara lawless is his sister, she must be NEE/BAKER
and his wife sherry baker is NEE HUGHES(wonder if that is same family Hughes family who CCL's daughter Joni marries into?)

he is an avid race fan and from IDAHO.

hmmm good info.  when I get time I will figure out more from this.

so who is Joy?  I dont remember a Joy.

hmmm joy williams must be NEE/BAKER
Maudie Gilmore must be NEE/BAKER

I'll try to find them, see who they marry.  give me a sec

hate quoting myself, but trying to keep this all together so we don't have to scroll back to figure out what this is about...

Wow that is a strange cowinkidink! I was trying to confirm it was a cemetary and yes, it is the one you spoke of. So do you see any of the names mentioned buried there?
