I posted this a couple of days ago because I don't think
he is who he says he is either...

This stuff is silly, but then again back in the 1700, 1800's
people were scarce really. They lived in townships and
it seems as if there were many times they were marrying
their own cousins. Back in the days it was also not
uncommon to see the men using their mothers maiden name.

When I was doing my research with the names, I ended up
all the way in Canada in which it mentions what I just said about
name changes. I have more links I saved that I need to go through.

I want to find the link that stated this about the families
from back in the day.

And not forgetting to mention DD, You do an awesome Job.
I can't keep up..lol..Plus there are many times through research
I  find something interesting and I read for hours!!

somewhere on this thread is a news article, the 6 sanderson sisters get together.  jessie dicus mother is one of the sanderson sisters.  and jessie lawless attends this get-together.  this would be jessie dicus married george webster lawless.  maybe there is something else in that article we missed.  well for one thing we could get the date of the paper, as she is still jessie "lawless" at that point in time.
