Good evening, my monkey friends. I e mailed AH and asked him about the incident about Misty at the Clinic. He wrote me back saying he was aware of it and was tracking it down. Maybe, they will haul her back in again. Also, maybe they can arresst her for Child Abuse. Heck, arresst her on something. If she sits there long enough maybe just maybe they can break her. You know Ron must be freaking on her about  now, if this turns out to be true. Let's pray for justice for Haleigh.
 

At least get some charges against her.  Even though she could be charged, it will be like the rest of the records we have seen, bailed out.  But even so...she would have to appear.  It would be the beginning........

Even if she is arrested and bailed out.. its still icing on the cake when it comes to decisions to be made by Children's services.. They can knock on the door at Grandma's any day at any time and with a court order remove little ron..  And if they did that, because he is in harms way with short elevator slapping him in the head.. like brain injury.. then he would be turned over to his Momma Crystal .... ron married her, made her the legal step mom..   If children's service closes the case and doesn't remove little Ron, then it goes to court.  I think ron has a marginal chance of keeping him as long as they lived with great Grandma.. After Thrusday, all bets are off, and there should be an arrest warrent showing up anytime for child abuse. A complaint was filed, if she isn't arrested, then the monkeys need to storm the SO..

This had to do what Art was talking about what happened to Santos... Also you will notice in one of the filings about  medical.. His shoulder was hurt...

Long story, but he says she calls Putnam county cops to report domestic battery, says he hit her. Cops show up, arrest him, giving her enough time to scoop up their 7 year old son and split for Kentucky where he’s been locked in a court battle for years.
Meanwhile, Putnam County DCF checks Jerry out, and clears him of the battery accusation. They drop the charges, but in process of cuffing him, cop breaks his shoulder–all caught on camera, an event that triggered a lawsuit against the county and yielded a five figure settlement recently.
