I want to clear up a point.

"ohcanada" is not the person here at SM from the McKinsey company.

The real person affiliated with that company came forward yesterday - and it is not "ohcanada".

And this person stated he/she does not work in any position related to PR/media/advisor for McKinsey.

This person also stated that he/she is not aware of McKinsey representing anything to do with Aruba - but cannot be certain.

A big thank you, and apologies to this person!

I still don't trust ohcanada.  It is up to no good IMo.

I don't trust ohcanada or anyone else who just registered in December 2008.  Where were they all this time?  Were they an ex-banned member returning under a new nickname?

Thanks, Helen, but although I do understand the necessity of being cautious now and than, isn't this all turning a little bit into paranoia? All those bans, all those accusations.... Well, I don't know. It is difficult to judge here, but for me it is important to keep in touch with different opinions, even if it doens't fancy mine. JMHO.

But you had a good reason to register when you did and it wasn't because of the NH case

Edited to add:  We have members joining SM on a daily basis regarding many different cases.  Reminder, this is entire SM forum deals with many cases and not just the NH case. 

I do have a problem with people who registered in December 2008 solely to post in the NH forum.  It makes no sense after nearly 4 years to all of a sudden show up.

Why would this employee from a MCKINSEY AND COMPANY office in Canada access the Natalee's Freebird blog at the same time there was an attempt to trap ohcanada.

Then when I consider MCKINSEY AND COMPANY'S purpose statement ... I get a hinky feeling that there is a connection.

Thanks for asking hotping.

The toothache did settle down as the night progressed and ... I did sleep.  I took an ibprohen(?) and put Aloe vera directly on the tooth.

The dentist office contacted me this morning and ... advised me that the dentist would not be able to see me until 10:30 AM ... 40 minutes to go.

Janet - I can say for certain,  "ohcanada" is not the McKinsey person.

I agree wtih you - it does seem a bit uncomfortable, but I was approached by the real McKinsey person - and while I don't know him/her from Adam, I do have to give him/her kudos for stepping forward to stop the confusion about "ohcanada".

And I also wanted to apologize publicly to that person (as in my prior post), because he/she certainly did not have to step forward to help.



Cageman - I can perfectly understand your point of view.  However, there have been far too many Johnny Come Lately folks who have wreaked havoc with people, and who seem to have caused utter frustration, heartache, and false hope to Natalee's family.

It's those folks who have made many people concerned and suspicious about new message board members for the Natalee boards. 

It's unfortunate that those people have created such general feelings of doubt, but those feelings are there.  As long as disinformationists and misinformationists keep coming forward - the sad truth is, I don't see those feelings fading any time soon.
