I think I offended Janet last night ..... but I certainly did not intend to. Ohcanada posted a pic and an open-ended attack on Francine Byrd a few nights ago. I responded to Ohcanada in a harsh matter and I was TRYING to keep Francine's name out of it.  Last night, Janet (innocently) revealed Francine's name. I know her intentions were sincere and righteous, but she apparently did not see my previous posts. Janet was annoyed at me. I sincerely apologize -- I was just trying to spare Francine from being reintroduced to those ridiculous accusations.

It wasn't Janet who revealed Frances Ellen Byrd's name.   It was ME.  Janet wanted the name so that she could
look for the transcript of the show.

Good evening everyone,

I was here last night, and I think there was a simple misunderstanding.

Wreck knew who the MB student was, but was being his gentlemanly, chivalrous self.

Magnolia remembers everything, and so supplied the name.

Janet was being her efficient thorough self and maybe didn't pick up on Wreck's intention, and brought in the background info.

When Magnolia realized it, she apologized,  which for some reason Janet thought Magnolia was apologizing to her.  I think she also thought Wreck was chastising others about mentioning Frances' name, but he really wasn't.  He was just trying to explain that he had chosen not to.

I don't even remember what Anna said that got her into the mix.

It was all a simple communication breakdown.  BIG misunderstanding.  I was hoping Janet would read the whole thing today and understand what had happened.

I think everyone should come on back and carry on.

I am so glad we have news out of Aruba tomorrow.  Can't wait to hear what that is!

Pretty coincidental with the disappearing casino accountant.  That's a good story too.

I know you didn't mean to offend her wreck, you only had good intentions in what you did.

Every Monkey involved in this needs to remember who started the whole thing, and not let them do this!   JMO
That's right TM.....Don't let ohcanada win....!

Hope ohcanada is taking notes or READING......

OK..Done watching Extreme Makeover HomeEdition! My earlier post was just my thoughts on the Journey that is Justice for Natalee Holloway.I,in no way was attempting to take focus off of the cause but, bring more light to the amazing things that do occur in times of great sorrow!I've never been on a forum, for such a purpose other then to add another voice to what is the Natalee Holloway story.A family losing a sibling in the manner they lost Natalee is sickening to say the least!Sorry it i didn't verbalize my feelings appropriately..Just tryin to let you all know you are appreciated for helping to keep Natalee Holloway's voice heard from here to ARUBA.....

We'll see how this pans out....tomorrow is another day.        Give 'em enough rope.....

Well, you know I don't usually say much about such things 2NJ, but the attempts were so blatant and underhanded, I had to say it.  I was done on Mother's Day.  It's a dead give away when someone says they read here all the time, but they don't know anything.

Let out the rope a little, would ya?

Besides, I am patient.

Bowman Gray Jr., then the vice president in charge of sales at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., leaned back in his office chair in late 1954 and fingered the novel red-and-white flip-top box that contained the ''new'' Marlboro. The 30-year-old brand had undergone a sex change.{{pr}} The ''Mild as May'' slogan designed to attract female smokers had been replaced in the advertisements by a squinty-eyed cowpoke with a tattoo on the back of his hand. No red tips to hide lipstick smears for this hairy-chested Marlboro, which came packaged in a hard cardboard box, not that sissy ''soft'' paper stuff. Tiny Philip Morris & Co. had recently introduced the masculine Marlboro in test markets in New York City, where RJR salesmen snapped up a few packs and shipped them to Winston-Salem.

Gray fetched one of the Marlboros out of the box, lit it and took a few drags. ''Gentlemen,'' he said to those in his office, ''Philip Morris will have to be watched closely from here on in.''

The R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. was once the largest cigarette company in the United States with a powerhouse of best-selling brands: Winston, Salem and Camel. But times changed, and as the case against smoking became more pronounced in the 1960s, RJR failed to adapt to the marketplace. Its rivals would eventually rush past it, and RJR's efforts to catch up would have a profound impact on the company and the cigarette industry.

I agree Wreck. The funny part is some of these Dumbazzez actually think they're accomplishing something..Aruba,Ahata,as well as ATA and anybody else who thinks that we're gonna eat the Sh_T they throw out is sadly mistaken..They don't get. They are simply wasting their money by trying to portray that Island as anything other then EVIL..Nobody is buyin that One Happy Island bullSh_T..
