Good Morning IBE and ... thanks.

However ... I do not know where to begin.  I have no foundational knowledge.

I began scanning some of the research in the OIL & GAS PIPELINE INFO thread but found it all too overwhelming.

When all is said and done ... the truth has been revealed.  Kyle Kingman was on board the Persistence.  His observations and concerns as well as his professional expertise which was revealed in his own words tells the whole story.

Kyle Kingman has to take it to the next level and ... expose this obstruction of justice from his first hand perspective ... expose the furthering of the Aruban coverup.  Natalee Holloway deserves it.  The family of Natalee Holloway deserves it.  Aruba cannot prevail!

Kyle Kingman:  I requested all samples to be brought on board the Persistence for visual and top-side photographs. It was ignored by the project lead (John S.) who felt the Arubans would follow whatever they needed to do as far as proper protocol.

Kyle Kingman:  For Jan 7th, Eduardo wasn't on the boat, neither were any media, Tim Miller, or Tim Trahan.

Kyle Kingman: The Persistence had no divers on the 7th. Tim Trahan was our diver on the 30th-Dec, but he was out of the country at the time. The Aruban divers were on the police boat, dove from their boat, and returned to their boat.

Kyle Kingman: They were immediately whisked away by the Aruban police and not seen of again by us on the 7th.

I hope that the Persistence has not done all of this work and gone to all of this expense only to have gotten itself into an arrangement whereby Aruban divers are the ones who actually verify the targets and are the first ones to physically retrieve evidence, with no American divers physically with them. If so, all I can say is I just can't believe this has happened. But surely I am wrong.

Hallin Marine continues to beef up its operations team with the appointment of the experienced Rik Zwinkels as a project director for the Company’s East division.

Rik, 37, will be responsible for the safe execution and result of operations in the eastern division of the Hallin group and joins its management team.

Dutch born Rik qualified as an engineer after leaving college in Rotterdam and has recently worked form Vroon Offshore and SMIT and has operational experience in both the Far East and the Netherlands.

QATAR GTL AMBITIONS

Qatar is aiming to become, by 2012, the leading exporter of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) in the world. At around this time the country's annual gas production will reach 77 million tons. The oil production will also increase from the current 800,000bpd to one million bpd by year 2010.

Veripos has been awarded a further three-year contract by Naples-based GeoLab Srl, one of Europe's leading turnkey offshore survey and construction support organisations, for provision of high-precision GNSS positioning services. The contract extends the relationship between the two companies following an earlier three-year agreement.
